I liked it. I thought they did a good job closing up many of the tying themes of the show.

Just waiting for a quality vid cap hosted. *wink, wink*

Ya I recorded it onto VHS (no tv tuner or anything), and the timer stopped at 10:00. Thankfully I was watching it and heard my VCR stop recording.. I quickly restarted it, and only lost a few seconds where they were all putting all 6 keys on the counter - didn't even miss any dialogue.

ROFLMAO!!! I've never watched ER before, but it aired after Friends finale and I haven't turned my TV off yet... I just heard the name "Rachel Green" as a character on the show.. that's pretty funny :p

Which part? I know they played Hoobastank - "Reason" during part of it, and I think they had some Pearl Jam in there as well....

Just watched it in the westcoast.. didn't think it was that great of an ending.. could've summed up things a lot more. I was hoping they would have more on Joey

I haven't watched Friends in many many years but I decided to watch it tonight and I suppose I'm glad I did. It actually left me feeling sort of sad, stangely enough. I guess it's just kind of sad to see an icon (in a way) from your growing up years go away. eh, *shrugs*

Grr... my MSI recorded it at "best" quality. I now have two files (one 1:22:00 and the other 43:00) that total just over 5GB.

>_<

How to combine these into one file and compress it even more to some respectable size to put on CD?

Ask Mr. Owl. Although I warn you, the world may never know.

Yeah I haven't watched must of the last few seasons ... basically anything not on FOX yet I haven't seen. I'm waiting for the DVDs because I'm so busy with school and life.... I catch an episode every now and then, but not enough to know anything about the Monica/Chandler baby thing :p

i thought the finale was nice and subtle (better than seinfeld jail deal for sure)

specially the ross, rachael getting together part was very well done and fitting

I have every episode on my PC, except for the last one of course.
22 gigs of episodes.

Kind of sad that it is over.
I'am quickly running out of sitcoms to watch, short of watching reruns
of friends, seinfeld, home improvement, drew carrey. etc..etc..
Actually drew carrey is still going, but i sense its end soon.

The only running sitcom i watch now is King of Queens.

That "acoustic" song your talking about was Little Wing by Jimi Hendrix. Unless your talkign about a different song.

what an ending...

i like how ross and rachel are finally together. i thought ross would move to paris w/rachel, but i realized that he can't because of Ben.

How are they going to segway Joey going to HOllywood?

And man.....it was a sad ending......I'm sad to see the show end. It was a great show, and i really did enjoy it.

I think it was a great finale! It was a nice happy ending. I waited for something wierd and drastic to happen then I looked over at my wife and realized that the majority (women) wanted a happy-everyone-gets-theirs ending.

Bah, you know the whole Ross and Rachel thing would never last anyway :) I was surprised they didn't show anything about Joey moving away. It seemed a little anti-climactic that everyone is still living in the same city.

It was so sad to see the show end. Im glad it ended the way it did though except for the fact that Joey's situation was left up in the air. I guess thats why they are having the Joey show. What would have been cool though is if they would have worked that into the Friends finale, you know having Joey get an acting job in LA or something and let it be known he would be moving there. Friends was a such a great show for so many years. Now I dont have anymore shows to watch, for me it was just Friends and Sex and the City but now both are over and I also have long since given up on watching the shows on The WB. In a way its good b/c now I have more time to do important things.
