His confidence has spiraled downward, I'm sick and tired of him saying, "john kerry this, john kerry said that" how about your own opinions? Remember many Americans see you as the potential president should Kerry die in office.

Personally Cheny comes off more sure because of that. He starts his comments immediately, while Edwards takes a little bit of time. This was Bush's problem last debate as well.

And yes, I wish he would stop talking about John Kerry, though this may be calculated.

it appears to me (democrat) a draw. but id be interesting in seeing otherwise.

Yeah, I tend to agree. I can't imagine this debate making a whole lot of difference one way or the other.

Edwards totally comes off like Kerry's bitch. We already knew Bush is Cheny's bitch.

And it failed miserably. It doesn't change their dual stances. No amount of "nuance" changes that.

CsG

Not dual stances please listen more attentively. He is saying that be put forth confidence in the administration when voting for certain legislations, but when Bush messed things up, they didn't support how the legislations were going.

Flip flop is the equivalent of shock and awe. Bogus political language that later turns into a joke.

Well, kerry and edwards position changes sure are a joke.

CsG

wasn't a laundry list just presented by Edwards of this Administration's own examples of flip-flopping?

I think you would have been better going off with the Cheney response: NO RESPONSE. ;)

I have to agree with you. Very well said. The Republicans will claim a win, and the same with the Dems.

Me? I can't wait to see the next Presidential debate.

You mean they actually agree on issues? God forbid that our President and VP agree on issues.
