Are you sure? I've heard people use vendor-bought Ascended Shields for crafting, from a rare-spawn vendor in A1.

Been playing daily since the expansion happened and I still haven't found one single piece of the Zuni set for my WD. Also, still no SMK and only 1 piece of the Jade Harvester set. Kinda frustrating.
On the upside, been using the R'heno Flayer and it's a fun build. Also had a Carnevil drop so I'm looking forward to trying that out. I can honestly say that the WD seems to be in a good place right now as far as pet/power goes. We don't have the 'nuke effect' wizards have but I can still melt faces easily in solo T3.

I found my Burning Axe of Sankiss last night. When I first saw a 1H axe legendary drop, I was a little excited since it could be one. I had gotten a Sky Splitter the night before, so I didn't want to get my hopes up. When I saw the unidentified image, I was pretty sure it was one, but the darn mobs wouldn't let me ID it! 
Ended up getting one with a 19% fire damage roll (out of 20%). The dex roll wasn't all that great and the damage roll is about medium, but overall, it's good.

Finally got my mask of jeram and tasker/theo in the same run Friday night. Finding out that the Garg is super strong, but super dumb as well. I think Jade set with instant dots damage from soul harvest would be much better. Only have 1 piece of set though . At least I have zuni+pets for now.

Doing better than me. I only have one Jade piece. No Zuni at all!
On another note, I got a Thunder Fury that was already socketed, has INT, and has Attack Speed. It came with +Lightning Damage that I re-rolled with +Damage. Man, that thing rocks! After dropping in a green gem, the entire weapon upped my DPS by 30% from what I was using.

It's nice if you play a monk and solo or split-farm, so you can have unity give you the extra 10% boost. Plus, if you gear your followers well they can combine to do some very good damage. The effect occurs fairly often, so I think it's worth it, especially since the actual Monk sets are garbage.
I haven't tried it on any of my other chars. Not sure it would be better than some of the other sets.
Same for me. I have 1 Jade piece, Jeram, and nothing else. Thankfully, I have a Sun Keep with 22% elite damage and a socket. That helps some, but once I get an SoJ with Physical + 4p Zuni, I will be unstoppable!
Not as bad as that moment you craft your 10th pair that don't even roll primary stat. =(

I have many legendary crafting mats. I got reapers fear on second Mal kill. Guess it's back to it. I really need to party up I guess. Collecting arcane dust is a pain. Plus it's boring alone.
Had Ice Climbers drop for me the other day. Really helps to not have to worry about Frozen anymore.

I was messing around on my Barbarian last night when I realized that he was using a Blackthorne necklace. I had two of the chestpieces in the bank with very similar rolls, so I swapped dexterity to strength and gave it to my Barbarian. I decided to try and go for a Ring of Royal Grandeur to take advantage of the 3-piece bonus, but I ended up getting the thorns bracers (deals 1000% of your thorns damage) instead. Someone earlier mentioned having interesting results with thorns on their Crusader, so that might be fun!
Yep! I just need to get a devastator (need plan and unique mats) at this point, and I should have the main fire-oriented pieces. I also really need to replace my pants and neck. I have the pants for Inna's and Thousand Storms, but Inna's isn't that great of a roll and I'm not sure what I should roll off Thousand Storms to get 2 sockets.
It was fun, but I definitely need to work on my survivability a bit more. I changed all of my Paragon points from area damage over to LPH to see if that helps a bit. I think it did a little bit, but it's safe to say that his resistances are just too low. The passive to bring them all up to the highest wouldn't help much since his highest is only around 500-something. Compare that to my Crusader whose highest is around 1200!
It would definitely be nice! My Monk can use Dashing Strike to get out of the orb's AoE, but my Barbarian has no instantaneous movement effects right now. So, depending on the spread of the AoEs, it can be hellish to try and get out. I've also found that the Cord of the Sherma's blinding circle can really obfuscate those frozen orb AoEs, because both are a light blue color.

I need those bracers. And a hack for a weapon. I'm the thorns Crusader.
Up to 30k base thorns. Iron Maiden adds 50k+ depending on level. Iron Skin/Reflective Skin makes thorns crit for 40m on average. So I basically pop Iron Skin, stand in chains, or desecration, or whatever, and watch the e's melt.
You really need a ton of thorns gear to make this work though. Demon Hide 2pc, Invoker set 3pc with an RRoG

Damn, thorns build with pets might have been interesting with my WD using the pets thorn passive. I salvaged both invoker pieces I had though. Not enought room for all the junk I have, lol
Crafted my third Asheara's piece last night. With my RRoG I get that 4 set bonus of all my followers showing up to fight. Pretty cool to have them all show up. Would be really cool if I had that legendary that lets them have all of their powers.

Lots of changes.
Gonna need to re-roll my TF to have +dmg% affix.
Gonna have to try out Vry's 4pc now with set bonus fixed.
Wizard sources now should have higher damage affix on them (it should be retro affect as well).

The best change in 2.0.5 has to be the removal of the speed cap decrease from Holy Strength! It looks like they also buffed a good deal of the Crusader abilities. The Wrath generators look like they got the smallest boost, but the Wrath consumers got a good amount. For example, Blessed Shield (no rune) went from 340% to 430% or (Combustion rune) 270% to 310%.
They did change a few of the elemental affixes for abilities around, but I don't see any real nerfs. I think the change will mostly provide more diversity for builds. For example, Monk's Way of the Hundred Fists' Blazing Fists rune is now Fire, which provides another option apart from Crippling Wave. They changed a few Witch Doctor runes to provide more fire skills. My Witch Doctor currently uses a heavy amount of fire abilities (mostly from leveling), and Gargantuan's only fire rune makes it a limited ability, but now they gave it another fire rune! :awe:

Nice. The damage% fix jumped the paper DPS on my DH from 398,066 to 446,018.
I may have to level a Crusader now though.
