Yeah, 4 pc Zunimasa set is pretty much a requirement for the 20 mana per kill. Also helps to have the various passives that provide some mana/lowers mana cost like Blood Ritual/Grave Injustice/Grim Feast. You can also address mana use by using slower weapons and minimizing +atk spd, which is why slow Skorns (with life steal) are so popular for WD.

yep, 4pc zuni and some of the mana passives will solve most of your mana problems. you can also rune spirit walk for 30% mana regen, which is a huge boost because it has a 15sec cooldown (13 if you use spiritual attunement)
 
Crossed 2B gold last night. It's funny how items ebb and flow. I try to sell two spears for over a week with no luck, lowering the price slightly each time. Then they both sell in 48 hours, one of them only after I 'reset' it's price back up to 500M lol.
 
I've noticed the same thing. It's like, the people with money only have permission from their spouses on certain days or something. >.>

I been trying to sell a sword for awhile. There are maybe 2 better on the AH at any given time for 2b, and ones worse for like 1.25b. I tried listing it a few times at 1b and no luck... I really don't understand. I relisted it for 1.5b yesterday and it sold in an hour or two...

Just wondering cuz I've gotta similar one that I use here and there, but much prefer the 2-h option. I'll see how much mines sell for. Didn't think they'd go for much with no ls, but Barbs don't need LS for sure. Both my 1-h weps have no ls, just use belt and passive and it's enough to allow me to do mp10 with out much problems.

I think most higher dps babrs end up with a Witching Hour though, so belts with LS lose value quick. On my barb, I only have 1 weapon with LS and the passive and MP10 is no problem for me.
 
I ignore LS for the most part. I just spam rend, and that generally takes care of me. My Skorn is pretty nice. 500+ Str, 100+ Vit, 150% crit, 99.8% bleed, OS.
 
I use the extra damage on rend rather than the life steal part.

Oh, and I did take a look at your gear, TheInternet1980, and the biggest upgrade I can suggest is bracers. Lacunis would be best, but a 250+ str 6 crit crafted pair would be nice for you as well.
 
I've been trying at crafting a pair, with not much luck.

Best I got was a 200str/100Vit/4.5%. Gained me a few k DPS, but that was about it.

Decent 6% Lacunis that would be upgrade, are incredibly expensive.

swap out your MF gear for DPS gear and move up in MP levels to compensate.

get a 9% AS inna's pants with 150+ vitality and use a radiant amethyst in your helm instead of the topaz.
get ice climbers with 250+ str. or find a pair of 8% zuni boots with 150+ vit.
craft new bracers or get a lacuni with str and crit.

since you're not using IK for the set bonus, get a better chest. i got lucky and crafted one with 230 str, 165 vit, 72 AR, 7% life and 3 OS.

I'm still waiting on hitting the proverbial jackpot with an item drop after starting back up, with nothing of value picked up after 45 paragon levels the past couple of weeks. Thankfully, I had ~700 mil gold saved up from when I stopped playing D3 about 8 months ago so I was able to gear up my WD to be mp10 capable, though I prefer to do mp8 solo as it's fast and easy. I get a decent number of item light beams, but they have ended up being poor, and the rares I pick up haven't been good. Need the RNG gods to be kinder to me!

You and me both. If I wasn't good at the AH minigame, I'd have awful gear. =(
 
only thing worth crafting with the highest chance of getting something good are shoulders and bracers imo. sure you can luck out with other pieces but i'd say the odds of that are just slightly better than getting a godly drop that will net you 2+ billion

If you go with witching, definitely need ls on 1 or both weps though. I went the ik belt route, so I can skimp on the weps.

I made a chest with 225 str+80 vit+60 AR and 3 socket, but no armor. I still prefer my ik with less str about the same vit b/c of AR bonus with belt.

Another chest I made for my DH has 280 dex, 180 vit, 3 sockets. If only it rolled AR.

I made about 30 of each to get anything decent. Crafting is a huge gold sink, and I still prefer to use the set chests for bonus.
 
Personally I do almost all my crafting on amulets and gloves. IMO a great amulet is much more cost prohibitive than anything else, and while shoulders and bracers can be expensive, having good legendary items available in those slots (Vile Ward and Lacunis) makes those slots substantially cheaper overall unless you're hunting the absolute top-end of the gear spectrum.
