They are nerfing warcry but also nerfing inferno dmg by 25% which means barbs actually got a buff. In fact, barbs may now drop war cry altogether for rend.

LoH/crit/crit dam/LS/primary stats are all cumulative. Aspd/+bonus damage only apply to the weapon they are on.
 
I beat Inferno Act IV yesterday without ever buying any gear from the AH. Solo'd almost all of Acts I-III, and played Act IV with a group of friends that also haven't bought any gear. Act IV was surprisingly easy, with the exception of the Mallet Lords. Guess it's time to level some other characters.

Pretty sure lifesteal works on the off-weapon too.

I've got lifesteal on my 2h xbow and get life when I hit with my traps.
 
Well im in a upgrade dilemma here.. I have a decent bracer hidden in stash with stats:

110 Str
70 Vit
+190 Armor
+30 Physical resist
78 All Resist
Crit Chance 6%

and i plan to replace it with Lacuni Prowlers with stats:
4.5% Crit
9% Aspd
12% Movement Speed
Thorns
Health pickup 7
300 Life regen

My reasoning behind this is down the line i would like to replace my boots with ice climbers, but that item plus movement speed is crazily overpriced. I was thinking to invest in lacuni prowlers since even without all resist and the main stat, the combination of movement speed, aspd, crit is godlike. If it didn't have the movement speed like andariel's visage, i will not think twice. Not to mention the health pickup radius which is seriously underrated. It's easier to find ice climbers without movement speed and better stats. Any thoughts? And how much would u value in gold the lacuni bracer i posted?

I planned this as well, wrote about it last week. The idea is that instead of getting IK chest, IK boots and Lacuni... I would get Tyraels might, Lacuni, and ice climbers. Price wise, they come out to be the same and I think the latter combination makes for a better offensive build while keepign 24% move speed. You gain +dmg to demons & elites from tyraels might while the str and socket on ice climbers more than make up for what you loss by opting out of IK chest.

Makes sense, however for my build i plan on keeping IK Helm and Chest for the 60 AR Bonus. I currently have the IK Boots as well and will sell it once i find a decent ice climber piece.

IK Helm IMO is a no brainer since it has high str, life%, socket, damage reduction and 6% crit. It's the piece i chose in combination with IK Chest since its currently the best chest piece in the game.

For the lacuni, i accepted the fact that primary stat, aspd, crit, AR is out of the question. Though its the best roll combination out there, i'll just find something with stats that matter and make it up elsewhere.

Regarding 12% vs 24% movespeed, i would really want to have the later, and hopefully when im able to get enough gold to afford the ice climbers boots, the price may have gone down for the ones with Movement Speed. 12% should be the minimum for your character.
 
I am kind of torn with that same situation on what to do with my bracers. I have a set of Lacuni like yours, but no crit chance.
I got a pair of strong arms that are str, all res, %life and crit chance roll that are real swank.
The Lacuni run speed is nice and I would have a hard time dropping to 12%

Got IK boots and gloves...looking for IK Helm, and IKchest/Tyrael's to go with it.

I looked at some IK helms, so sexy but a little pricey for me atm. I chose to get some new Lacunis and a new Ring. Raised my DPS up to 88.8k.

I think the next thing to upgrade would be my boots. Just swapping them out for some ones with over 120 dex would be great.

Switch MoH to MoE-backlash (dodge=damage). Dump beacon of ytar and use seize the initiative. You may want to switch sweeping wind-cyclone to blade storm until you get a little more crit. If you are taking too much damage use MoE-hard target.

I suspect you'd do more damage with a crit shield, of course you'd lose some LoH.

I updated a few things and beat Diablo no problems. I started farming, and grabbed some more crit. I am up to 21% with the scoundrel. I figure once I get enough DPS, I'll swap out one LoH weapon and then do it with the other weapon.

I also found some Fire Walkers with a dex roll last night. (4th legendary in around 300 hours...) They didn't lower my DPS so I put them on and love the movement speed. I might keep these until I can find some other boots that are better.

Yeah, what makes lacuni valuable is even without the main stat and all resist the combination of Aspd, Crit, Movespeed, and some other valuable stat like pickup/armor/life regen/etc can makeup for the trade off for lets say 100+ Str, 70+ Vit, 70-80 AR, Crit 6% Bracer. At least that's how i value it.

It's very similar to Andariel's which is a glass-canon type of item built for DPS. And the better rolls of ice climbers with movement speed is valued at a billion+ while similar ones without movement speed is maybe 1/4 of that. Guess its just a matter on how you gear up your character. Just sharing my thoughts.

I was looking at the GAH and could not find anything like it for a decent price, so I swapped over to the RMAH and they were $10 and the other 2 sets were $40 and $60 with equal stats.

1 day and 11 hours left on the auction. I think I got a good deal. They were exactly what I was looking for at the price range.

For 10$? Yeah it is.. its a steal.
 
i do a full act 3 clear when looking for drops

for fast paragon leveling only i do the alkaizer run
core of arreat - tower of the damned 1 - arreat crater 2 - fields of slaughter - keep 2
 
I start at "kill siegebreaker" quest, get Tyrael at the crossing and port to the first zone. Run that+the keep 1-3, then crossing, then siegebreaker->azmodan. It's basically all of the walled zones in the act, I hate open areas like the bridge.

Now it's probably best to do full act 3 clears.
