You botted and got caught or were you doing the UID trick with linking in chat and then selling the duds? Either way, man up and admit what you did so others might learn from what you did.

Many people have been complaining about nothing illegal and getting banned. I am waiting to see if people start suing Blizzard in small claims court over this. I know you sign a EULA but their system of detection can not be 100% accurate and this would be kind of like them stealing your money.

no botting, no uid trick, no exploits.

Ever? This violation may not be recent. Think about all the way back when you started playing the game. Maybe you tried something, or one time logged in from someone else's computer who had some botting/exploit program running in the background (which you didn't necessarily use yourself, but got detected when you logged in with your account).

Only played on 2 computers, home and occasionally the work computer to check auctions.
Honestly, I can't think of doing anything that would possibly flag my account.

You bought cheap on the AH for the sole purpose to sell for profit.
Since you said you didn't bot, this is the only thing i can think of.

Edit: then it mentions 3rd party software...so..hm..don't have a clue

You on Linux? Heard Warden is flagging such users for some reason...

no email, and nothing on my battle.net account page besides

If you flip items from gold AH to real AH you will get nibbed, if you sold or purchased gold from 3rd party vendors same. Did you e-thug little kids?

Which one did you do? 😀

Maybe your work computer has employee monitoring software that caused the flag.

windows 7 :/

hope not, i'm IT and was the one to setup the computer.

Well blizzard did scan your account/comp a few times, and even after you contested it they found a bad 3rd-party program.

So something is triggering it, best you find out what it is. Could be as simple as you were hacked, they misused your account and then it was banned because of said hack.

with the RMAH it is going to add a problem. IF i have money on my blizzard accound and banned for something i claim i didn't do. am i going to get my money?

with all the dups, scams and hacking going on i wonder how long before there are lawsuits concerning the RHAH.

such as if they nerf something after you paid for it.

hmm i use autohotkey to rebind keys for bf3, never had it on while on d3 tho, maybe i should uninstall it, lol don't want to get banned
