Three goblin portals.

Barb on T6, full group, about 230 million gold.

WD on T1 for achievements, solo, about 70 million gold.

WD on T6 , solo, about 125 million gold.

How so? The race to 70 doesn't matter. It is all about achievements and greater rifts.

Overall though, seasons just don't make sense in D3. There is no trading so there is no economy to reset which was the whole point of them in D2. Instead of actually doing something to fix the underlying issues a lot of players have with the game they decided to waste time on something that doesn't fix anything.

Exactly its a waste of time. Achievements.. seriously lmao. This game is not about achievements so it's a waste of time. You can get all the season items in normal mode anyway. I seriously have no hope for this game, I think it's time to move on. That's my opinion.

I had to remove D3 from my SSD to install Risen 3, so far it's been a wise decision.

Achievements are no substitute for good gameplay, something Blizzard seems to have forgotten as they try and make World of Diablo. I would recommend Grim Dawn to you though, they just launched Multiplayer.

I highly recommend Path of Exile if you haven't tried it already and you want a good ARPG to play.

Do you want to mainly play the support role in a group or do you just want a beefy character in general?

If you want to play support then go with a monk.

If you want a beefy character in general that can put out great damage even at range, go with a crusader.

If you like being up in the enemies face, go with a barbarian.
 
I do wish they'd ease up on trading.

I can understand it so far as trying to prevent scams, but it's just ridiculous.

And the claim about the achievements is interesting, especially since my achievements page has been completely hosed ever since the patch dropped.

EDIT: I would naturally post about the achievements page being broken, and they finally fix it.

I had to change my region (via battle.net launcher) from americas to europe, log in, log out, change back to americas and it fixed it.

Its doubtful Ill be on till atleast tuesday, since Im away from my computer. But Ill be around for most of the day, internet willing, my internet does not like me recently.
 
I got set bonus to akkhan for my sader.

messed around on T4 and i can do it. slow as hell though. still prefer t2 for the speed.
 
I joined a couple Goblin it Forward groups and got a vault on the first game I joined. T3 only, but left with about 20M. Hopefully I can find a T6 vault soon.
 
Found my first goblin portal yesterday, dropped a pair of goblins literally right at the gate into the Skeleton King's area. They almost escaped.

On Hard mode, went from 2.2M going in to 8M leaving. Along with a crap-ton of gems and two (useless) legendary drops, both from the Baroness.

My RNG seems to have come back to a more normal level, I'm averaging around 1 legendary per hour again now. Didn't make up for the dry spell though. Grumble.

So, we can get the Seasonal legendary items on non-Seasonal characters? WTF is the point of Seasonal then? No way am I going to start a new naked character just for achievements...

Melee characters kinda suck in this game now. You run into an electrified mob with out the lightning immune ammy, and you're dead. I don't know if Blizz play tests their own game sometimes.
