Just a heads up, there was a blue post that stated 5 specific sets are going to be re-worked (retroactive itemization as well) when patch 2.1.0 comes out, so I would avoid salvaging any of these set pieces until we know what the changes will be.

• Firebird’s Finery

• Raiment of a Thousand Storms

• Monkey King’s Garb

• Thorns of the Invoker

• The Shadow’s Mantle

Glad IK isn't there since I salvaged the whole set aside from the hammer.
 
Interested to see how they change the sets eventually. I will say that their bonuses tend to be pretty tame compared to how strong/impactful some of the barb/wiz/wd ones are. Raiment is nice and all, I mean +500 dex and +15% lightning - but it's just stat padding, there's nothing interesting about it.
 
Got two piece Zuni last night (boots and fetish!). One piece and RRoG away from pet build beast mode.

Abused the blood shards while I could. And it worked out for me. Rift it Forward from now on I suppose, at least until I get Zuni chest.

Right now, it seems fetish psycopants are bugged. They take over all your summoned fetishes, that aren't supposed to die with the set bonus. So zuni set is kinda useless currently.

What do you mean? Those only last for 90 seconds (granted, the new on hit mechanism lets me run around with like 10 of them now).

So, when I summon fetish army, my passive proc will simply make one of them last for 90 seconds, rather than the 15?
 
If you have a zuni set - it's working as intended they did a pretty big nerf to "HARDCORE" players, and a buff to casual players..
 
FYI fetishes only spawn max 15. Zuni set aren't that great no more sadly since you can spawn 15 fetishes under 10 seconds now. I play WD as my main and I have the zuni and jade set. Zuni set is only good in Torment 1 because higher all your fetishes die instantly. Jade is the way to go I crit for 2-3 billion hehehe 🙂

Also I'm only missing the kukri knife. After that I'll be invinciblE mwahaha! 🙂

It is just bugged right now. I'm sure it will be fixed. And I had few problems doing T3-T4 before the Sycophant buff using CD reduction. I have 2 P jade right now as well. (and will continue to have it until I find a T&T).

Sadly, I really need a good amulet and an SoJ. Plus, finding a weapon that does 22% more damage than my 1900 dps Sun Keeper is near impossible (22% increased elite damage is awesome).

Same here. I have no problems doing up to T5 with the fetishes, but zuni isn't required any more. I'm using the ren ho and addling tolads. Keeps the mobs confused all day.

I am thinking about switching up my build a bit. I am using the frost spiders (mostly for some CC, and they proc sycophants well enough), and using piranado as my primary skill. (I have some CD reduction, and the passive helps as well). I might swap spirit walk out for piranado and pick up a real damage dealer (corpse bomb maybe, but probably something physical) and go to work!

The Sycophants overriding the fetish army. If that isn't a bug, it is incredibly stupid. Once you hit the limit, no more should spawn, not override ones you already have spawned. The zombie dog passive that spawns extras doesn't work like that (at least, it didn't use to).
 
I equipped my Ess of Johan with a String of Ears (replaced my Harrington) and my EQ Barb destroyed T4. I bumped it to T5 and it is melting everything. I have to watch out for frozen as that can be brutal. I may try T6.

I found a burning axe with 20% fire, socket and strength (rolled to higher damage) and another SoJ today (lightning damage).

I found my second piece of Marauders (pants) while on my Barb. I would have preferred an EQ set of pants to maybe replace my current ones.

I gambled my EQ shoulders for the transmog.

I have now found the two rarest set of gloves while on my Barb, T&T and Frostburns.

I don't think it's a bug. Correct me if I'm wrong though.
btw do you have the zukiri(cant remember the name) sword?
 
After seeing a Crusader destroy a unique on T5 with three players in the game in 4 hits and a WD destroy everything in general, I am amazed at how Blizzard can begin to justify class balance in any way.

I may gear up my WD next just to feel completely awesome.

WD are not OP at all!!!. Well not anymore.

WD having 10+ pets that crit for 8.5 million damage each on normal mobs and then crit for 13 million on elites.

The other spec just reduced the massive dot damage but from what I have read it made it more steady damage.

This is Diablo, all classes should be able to steamroll the mobs when geared. I just find it ironic how they continue to make changes to keep classes in line with each other but fail miserably at it
