Yeah anything below 10m is a steal. To make one is 15M. I don't understand how they sell it at that price. Best way to upgrade now is through gems, i'll wait a month or so before i upgrade as i can do uber MP 8-9 with no issues. MP 10 i haven't tried but its not worth the leap over 9.
 
The new MP isn't being kind to me, I can't go over 2 as a barbarian with P18, I have to be doing something wrong...

Incidentally, anyone else get an Email from blizzard saying 'we sent you money by mistake and are taking it back!' I assumed it was a scam but nope, my Paypal account did show a deposit from Blizzard from last week.
 
After getting the new fleeting shrine a couple times now, I really think I want more movement speed. Anyone else in the same boat?
 
I was able to cruise through MP1 no problem, still able to handle MP2 but killing is much slower with anything but Archon, and have not tried to run MP3 yet. My paper dps is low still, but I did manage to buy a meteor Skull Grasp with my profits from the Thing from the Deep sale.

I'll have to wait for another drop to really be able to buy any other upgrades.
 
I am cruise through MP1 just as easy as before. I tried some Act 1 MP4 but got an extra health mob and it just took so long to kill him I figured it wasn't worth it to farm.

I got an Occulus ring drop today and made a quick couple mil off it. I might get a chance to upgrade some finally. I think I am at 5mil.

So people are saying the legendary drop rates have increased, yet I've gotten 1 since 1.0.5 and I'd been averaging at least 1 per day. Is anyone seeing any real increase?

Not to be a bitch, but one a day shoul dbe pretty good. I was probably 1 or 2 a week at most pre-patch.
 
I'm averaging 2 a night without even farming for them, I'm just going after a ton of keys. These have been drops with less than 5 stacks at mp4-5. I've only had about 2-2.5 hours of play max during the week. Before the patch I probably averaged just over 1 a night.

I think the bonus item drop from higher monster power must account for finding more legendaries quite a bit. At MP1 it's only 1% per monster, but jumps to 8% at MP2. I figure if I can get my dps to allow me to cruise MP3 or 4 with my wizard I could probably finally make money to get the upgrades I've dreamed of. Maybe even have enough money to buy specialized equipment for a Ray of Frost, Spectral Blade, or Meteor-centric build.

Yeah, I'm trying to gear up my barb, but I have to wait for prices to drop as the market gets flooded this week. I have about 700K saved right now, which is the 2nd highest I've ever had my gold at, so I'm super psyched. With a few more days of farming I might get to 800K. It's hard because my gear is crap, so I die a lot, so I have to get it repaired. I could try farming the end of Hell difficulty, but the drops there blow and I make even less. Such is the life of a D3 gamer I guess; 20k on a run here, 40k there, -30k for repairs. Maybe someday I'll cross 2M gold!
 
Found 3 storm crows in a row today 😵 - first two within 25 minutes of eachother, 3rd one later in the day. Only played a couple hours. Like 3 mins after my 3rd storm crow I found a vile ward. Having 500% MF can work wonders.

First two storm crows didn't have any sockets so worthless, 3rd one had a socket so worth slightly over 1m perhaps 🙂
 
Haven't played much 1.0.5 yet as I've been out of town, but I did get on today for a little while.

I added perfectionist and boar companion to my DH. I've got ~1000 all resist on him now. When I use shadow power - gloom, I can tank most elites in 4-player pub games by myself.

the crafting cost alone is 16M. this is just crazy.
 
Gems are weird. Last night, I believe the third and second best rubies were both 1.6 million. One takes 3 of the other to make, so werd.

Kind of a pisser though because I blew 6 million a piece on the second best emeralds last week.
 
FINALLY Got a legendary! Not great, but may build a monk and use it. F'ing finally.

Also, rings & amulets have started to come down some, I had put the same criteria in for a search everyday for the past couple weeks, never saw one that fit below 1.5M, put it in today and there were several below 500K.

Looks like a good Skorn, but I'm not too familiar with em. I think they are still worth a lot. Can always check the AH and see what value things have.

Got all 3 keys, now just need the master plan or whatever from Act 4. Gonna see what the hell uber monsters/portals are all about. I usually play on MP5, should I fight the pair of uber bosses on MP5 or would that be crazy hard?
