I'm going to feel bad if I get into the beta. I despise Diablo 1 & 2 but am always willing to try a Blizzard game...
 
I better get a beta invite. I used to be guaranteed one. When I started playing WoW, my first guild of several years had a husband/wife couple in it who both work for Blizzard. Many beta invites were to be had for the first two xpacs 🙂 Sadly I have lost touch with them.

But.... I had about 16 sets of D2 Classic/Xpac cd-keys from my D2 days. So I've made a battle.net account for each key.. lol. Between that and my other two battle.net accounts I have 34 chances to get in. 😎

Epic fail if I don't make it in.

probably should update my system specs profile in case Blizzard places more value on recent Beta Profile updates
 
I wanted to get in the beta but I can't... I thought I had a Bnet account but it said I didn't so I created one then it said they already had something for me in the system so I thought ok! But when I tried to sign up it said I didn't own any Blizzard games and wouldn't let me.

They must purge the caracters eventually because I played WoW (for all of 2 weeks before I got annoyed at the players and quit), not to mention Diablo 1 and 2.

Guess pre-ordering 3 means nothing 🙁

I'm glad you mentioned that, I have 8. I forgot that those are all separate battlenet accounts. Time to start logging in and setting my beta preferences.

lol I've been wondering the same...if I should update my system specs. Am I more likely to get invited cause I have slightly older specs, or with my newer PC that can handle all the newest games? Does it even matter? ugh
 
P.S. that page has been up for a few weeks now (or at least a couple). Thought I'd 1st heard of it in one of these AT threads, but could have been mistaken. There wasn't a specific thread on it I guess.
 
Yawn, world of Warcraft in a dungeon. Seriously blizzard, get new art people and stop making characters like wow for every single game. I bet the pulled talent from Marvel to draw every charactor.

I agree with this. If there is one thing I would mention that I clearly don't like before the game is even released, it's the art style. I'm sure it looks nice.. but I don't want a WOW art style clone.. it needs its own style.
