So I'm a pretty casual player that does 50/50 PvE and PvP (haven't really Raided yet though 🙁 ). I just got my first Exotic Weapon Bounty, and have the following 3 options:

- Bad Juju
- Pocket Infinity
- Super Good Advice

I was hoping for a Thorn but oh well...Anyways, which one would you guys pick? Keep in mind that I don't have any Exotic weapons, but have 2 legendary Primaries ("Coiled Hiss 1919" pulse rifle and "Do Gooder V" auto rifle), 2 legendary Specials ("Murmur" fusion rifle and "Black Hammer" sniper rifle), and 2 legendary Heavies ("Against all Odds" and "MG18A Harm's Way" machine guns)

Which would you guys pick from these 3? Thanks.

I've done each exotic weapon bounty. Whenever I want a quick bounty for a free shard, you can't beat SGA. Arguably the easiest bounty, zero Crucible involved. I rarely use that gun though. Most useful, imo, is Bad Juju after the buffs it's received. It's a great gun, but a lot of people are put off by the Crucible aspect of it. Pocket Infinity isn't a bad bounty, but getting 10 rare fusion rifles to dismantle might be tricky. I also rarely use that gun.

Thanks for your input. Which one do you think is a bigger upgrade for PvE and/or PvP?:

- Coiled Hiss 1919 (legendary) to Bad Juju
- Murmur (legendary freebie from Eris) to Pocket Infinity

I would seriously consider the SGA bounty. Especially since you haven't raided and the SGA is fantastic against the Oracles in the VoG. It's one of the easiest exotic bounties. This won't be the last bounty you get as long as you keep playing.

Go with Bad Juju, you'll probably use that way more than PI.

Although, PI is good for the bounty where you have to get 2 kills in "one" fusion rifle shot. PI has an auto fire perk when you upgrade it that makes that bounty so easy. Of course if you have Vex Mytho, that bounty is even easier.

The 2 in 1 bounty is so easy with a normal fusion, I wouldn't get it for this reason alone.

This is true, along with Crota's oversoul. SGA exotic perk basically gives you unlimited ammo against oracles and oversoul because they don't register as hits, so all the bullets return to your magazine.
 
For those of you still playing Destiny, XUR is supposed to have top tier gear this weekend. Titan exotic sounds amazing. Warlock is also pretty good.

I finally got Gjallarhorn this weekend. Was looking to get BH from Crota but wound up getting a Horn. First one and now I feel like my journey is complete 🙂
 
Oh man, it's almost as if the team at Bungie is a bunch of anti-DLC crusaders/trolls and they are throwing out crappy DLC packs in a quest to ensure that nobody ever prepays for DLC via season passes ever again. I seriously think there's a good chance that the House of Wolves expansion is LITERALLY an area in the game which is a house that has wolves in it. You can't shoot the wolves or interact with them in any way. It's just a house. With wolves.
 
This actually sounds interesting to me. I had no desire to run raids over and over, so I'm curious to see what they do.
 
wow destiny is really pissing me off.

been sitting at 5.730/6.some gigs downloaded for 2 hours.

it claims that it's started downloading again, goes down to 5.725 gigs downloaded, gets up to 5.783 gigs downloaded, stalls again, and goes right back to 5.730.

EDIT:

been doing the same fucking thing for near 24 hours now.

Finally got a chance to play Destiny with the new patch. Overall, some good changes (big and small). I wish the music toggle switch was a slider. I don't mind the in-game music playing but sometimes it's way too loud. I'd love to have a setting to make it softer but keep the other in-game sounds a normal levels.
