i know people who sold their ps4 preorders of the most expensive version (which i think was like $150 or something) for $350+ on ebay.

Not very...it is still available for sale online. Ghost edition though...selling for $400+ on eBay.

If you moved to where you cannot get to the store you pre-ordered yeah you have to call that store and see if they can do a transfer. Your info is in the computer at the store you pre-ordered at. I wasn't specific and that was my fault.

No, the agreement Bungie has with Sony is that Microsoft can't advertise the game for its systems. It's the same type of deal that Microsoft has had with Activision for Call of Duty for many years.

I am not sure what you mean. If you have a ps4 why not play on the ps4? The difference between ps3 and ps4 for this game is pretty large.
 
This would be a good deal if interested and you plan to get a newer console soon. I played the beta though and..eh, just wasn't my cup of tea. It amounted to basically borderlands it felt like...

No, it really is nothing like borderlands at all. We have been over this before. Refer to the beta thread.

I agree, it feels a little like borderlands I guess, but it feels a lot more like Halo than borderlands in my opinion. Ah well, to each their own.

Large roam-able areas, loot drops, leveling up, FPS, missions....it definitely has a Borderlands feel to it. The different graphics and MMO-lite feel sets it apart though.
 
Yea, wasn't trying to hate on it or derail. For those interested it is cool they are doing the free upgrade thing.
 
I'll be picking it up Tuesday. If I dont have a lot of work I'll try working from home Tuesday so I can pick it up during lunch time. I'm excited to visit the new planets.

No...borderlands had almost no story. Didn't have special missions that required teamwork, didn't have a central hub area, wasnt a shared world, didn't have public events bevause it wasnt a shared world, didn't have special PvP maps, and was a totally different theme.
