Nor does BBC or any other major news network (besides FOX of course, but who's surprised there) ... its preliminary and unconfirmed report ATM, can really only be found on hard-right sources and little snippets on reuters and ap. Give it an hour or so.

I think Saddam Hussein himself could come over to your front door and confess and show you some samples and you'd still not believe it.

Jerusalem Post story

BTW, this is all covered in the war thread up top, too.

do you really have any doubt in your mind that they will find something?

Did I say that? It's unconfirmed as of now, I (unlike some) don't purport to be a news gatherer :Q

If this is confirmed, it's game, set, match. The question of whether going after Saddam is proper is settled. Even the French have stated they would join if chemical weapons were found. I doubt they'll have the balls to pull their heads out of their butts and follow through, but that's what they said.

ummm, the French stated they would join if chem. weapons were used. Not found.

Now maybe those cry-baby Democrats like Daschole will shut up.

Probably not, they will just start accusing the administration of planting the chemical weapons factory there.
I totally just imagined plunking a factory down in C&C: Red Alert. 😀

Didn't the guy on MSNBC just say we knew it was there? And if we did, why didn't we let the inspectors know about it?

My god, did I say that I didn't believe the story? It is unconfirmed and the fact that these unreliable (Jersualem Post, WND) sources are selling it like it's fact make it even more fishy. The moment I see some _real_ information that is backed up by officials, etc, I'll believe it. Anything else is propoganda, and you should know that...

The French said they would join the coalition if WMD's were USED on coalition forces. I don't think they ever said they would capitulate just because we found them and proved their existence.
