I'm not a fan of either team. That did not look like an interception to me. I don't think he ever had control, but he SHOULD have. The ball was practically a perfectly thrown INT.

I think he had complete control, both hands were wrapped around the ball tight as can be, it wasn't until he hit the ground that it fell out.

It's one thing to be running with the ball already in complete control, and the ball comes out when it hits the ground on the tackle, compared to it coming out when you're falling after trying to make the catch.

Is this a football game or an acting class? Both teams have had some nice performances.

What acting has Texas done?

Colt McCoy taking a dive on the sidelines after being touched by an OU player, which ended up drawing a 15 yd penalty

2 late hit calls were just the player falling down

That's not Texas acting, that's the refs making dumb calls.

Intentionally falling down when you get brushed by an opposing player is acting to me

Even if there was acting, the refs don't need to make bad calls. Additinally at least when McCoy was running the ball, he did have momentum that could have driven him to the ground.

And when the kicker twisted to avoid the punt blocker, its possible he hurt himself too. I just don't buy either of the explanations.

Not a dive ... he was off balance and would have fallen anyways. Blame the refs for that flag.

I don't think he lost balance because he was slowing down and had already taken few step on the sidelines. I'd believe it more if he slipped on something.

I guess you could take it to mean the same..slipping on something and losing balance.

The kicker hurting himself should not result in a rouging the kicker call.

The situation with McCoy was a bad call as well. The difference I see is that McCoy probably actually did fall down due to momentum and being touched by a defensive player. That kicker was just bullshitting.

It doesn't take much of a brush/push to fall down when one leg is straight up and you're only on a toe. That said, the call is still iffy. However, I thought the Roughing the Passer call on McCoy was BS too. The commentator seems obviously biased because he's forgotten all about that one and is calling everything in favor of Texas. I mean I want Texas to win too but I think the bad calls have evened out. Then again I missed a good chunk of this game in the middle. At least it's a good one.
