Yes, they do test blood; only it's a tiny fraction of amount that they test urine, and I'd almost be willing to bet that he hasn't had a blood test.

Quit assuming and start thinking.
He had blood test. Quit losing.
Sheen flew back to the United States from his vacation in the Bahamas to take a blood test for Radar Online, administrated by a court-certified California laboratory. The test covered marijuana, cocaine, opiates, amphetamines and alcohol. The test follows up on an over-the-counter urine test taken by the actor which he also passed. The results were revealed on ABC’s Good Morning America this morning.

As entertaining as his quotes are, I don't get why the whole "winning" thing is the one that seems to be catching on. I feel that's definitely one of his weaker ones :(

Because it captures his attitude. 'F you, I'm doing what I want, and btw, I'm doing pretty good'

The hockey board that I post on is full of Charlie Sheen 'winning' themed avatars, images, signatures, etc. It resonates with people.

I don't care how well it resonates with people. In the past two weeks he's lost his job, cost the jobs of countless others, and lost his kids to a fellow user. So just because it sounds catchy and quippy doesn't mean it's actually winning.

On H. Stern he implied that he has offers flowing in since this all blew up. He also pointed out that he was on the set, ready to shoot, and it was CBS that pulled the plug. He then went out and fought (successfully) to get the production crew paid for the cancelled episodes.

I didn't read up too much on the custody fight, but it seems like a cash grab by his soon-to-be-ex.

Cliffs: Sorry, Still Winning! :D

1. CBS backed Sheen publicly (remember how much criticism they took over that?) but warned him privately that, if he does go on the attack, they'll cancel the rest of the season. They (reasonably) didn't want to immediately resume filming because he was being so unpredictable... and because he looked like fucking shit. Shocking. But his ego - and his big fat mouth - got the best of him and he called what he thought was a bluff. Stupid, impatient, entitled, juvenile, the list goes on.

2. The crew is only paid for the remaining 4 episodes... then they're out of a job, barring a new revelation. You can try to credit Sheen for this, but that's not a fact, only a subjective conclusion you've drawn.

3. I don't doubt that it's a cash/attention grab on the part of Mueller, but that's not even remotely the point. The point is, if Sheen had his shit together by any meager measure, she wouldn't have been able to pull it off. So her intentions are irrelevant; if Sheen was any resemblance of a responsible parent, he wouldn't have had his kids yanked and thrown into another junky's custody.

As entertaining as his rants are - and they are most definitely entertaining - they're just rants. We can all cheer how he's 'putting it to the man,' but come on, let's grow the fuck up and call a spade a spade. It's one thing to shun society's standards of how we should act, but he has a track record for drug benders, drinking benders, decking his childrens' mothers benders... this is your hero? Do you call yourselves men?

I have a neighbor who smokes more weed than Heller + ZJ combined, about 6 months ago he passed a drug test for a new job. 100% he wasn't clean, and he told me he'll keep smoking every day when he gets home. And will still pass any random drug test they give him.

If my idiot of a neighbor can pull it off, gee I'm sure Charlie can manage to figure out a way to beat the system also. Thousands of druggies beat drug tests every month in this country.

Right, because the drug tests Sheen took (and continues to take) = the low level screen your neighbor beat.

I think this was all part of Sheen's plan. I mean his show is almost most over and probably have nothing in the works. Just as if you know that you will be laid off in two weeks why not just stir crap and quit if you have plenty of money to live off of already and have nothing lined up. Why not quit ahead of time since you don't really need the two weeks pay.

So he has plenty of cash to live off of. Why not stir some noise and get picked up by another show or cast in the movies again. The drug thing as you can see how Robert Downy Jr went from a druggie back to making Iron Man movie, other movies and shows after rehab. Hollywood don't care if your an ex addict or not. As long as you can bring in revenue for them.

I think he has all the tabloids and media on his finger tips and you know how the tabloids and media loves to make anything out of nothing and something very little into a huge giant thing. He's probably loving it that the got them and people wrapped in his little scheme and being front line page.

My 0.02 cents

I just think it’s funny how easily some people bought into Sheen’s concerns for everyone else’s welfare.

“Oh, I’m just concerned for the cast and crew.” Really? So you intentionally pull a stunt that you’ve been forewarned will get the show canceled?
“Oh, I need the work because there are people other than me relying on this money.” Really? That’s why you drop tens of thousands of dollars on hookers and blow and jeopardize your career, health, and freedom at every turn?
“Oh, I’m just worried about my kids.” Really? So you make a national circus act out of yourself and your life, beat their mothers, and let two bit whores care for them?

He consistently makes decisions that not only all but guarantee his arrest, but also jeopardize his life. Societal standards be damned, if he gave a fuck about any of these people he claims to be so worried about, he’d grow the hell up… even just a little. Any idiot can recognize that he deploys these philanthropic statements to sway public opinion in his favor. They’re so disingenuous it’s a wonder anyone buys into it.

His behavior is as contradictory as can be of someone who actually gives a shit about anyone other than themselves… yet a few fools will swallow whatever coke-tainted spooge he squirts into their mouths. Priceless!

Thanks Charlie I now have a perfect way to screen prospective job applicants with one single question.

"Is Charlie Sheen "Winning" or "Losing" ? Anybody who replies "Winning" gets the old don't call us we'll call you :)

So you are telling me Charlie Sheen can actually figure out a way to beat a test that checks your actual blood for drugs??? Damn, he really can cure things with his mind and must have tiger blood in him.

You neighbor is pissing in some cup and either drinks a "cleanse" or sneaks in someone else's piss. Big difference.

I believe he is clean the last week or so, and as someone else mentioned, it might account for some of his antics too. If he's so used to being coked up or something, his body may not be able to handle being "clean".

This. I believe he's clean at the moment, too... I just think he's going through crazy withdrawal. Seriously, what we're seeing is TEXTBOOK withdrawal. If he fully detoxes, I'm sure we'll see a very repentant Sheen in a month or two.
