Holy moly, who else thinks this debate is going to come to blows?

Man, these guys are fighting like a couple girls.

"Bush said...."

"Kerry said...."

"I did not!"

"Did so"

"Did not"

"Did so"

blahblahblah.

I'm going to puke!

How does that line go?

"Whoever wins.....we lose" OMFG

I've seen some grimaces.

This seems like a repeat of debate #1

Let's get to the domestic stuff...

Good catch on the sanctions by Kerry.

wrong. Sanctions didn't work in Iraq.

CsG

LMAO! They didn't have weapons and their military was controlled. The sanctions did exactly what they were suppose to do.

except saddam was redirecting funds that was supposed to be for food for his people.

LOL - who is Silvio Berlus?

As I said in re. the last debate, I think it's a little impolitic to refer to foreign leaders as "these people"?

Yes they did, unless I'm missing all those WMD's that we've found.

Shhh...they're buried in the desert with the holy grail, the garden of eden, and the ark of the covenant...oh wait, that's in an Army warehouse. :)

Wrong. Sanctions did not make Saddam comply. Saddam didn't comply with his cease-fire agreements. Sactions were to force Saddam to comply - he didn't. Rather he corrupted the sanction programs he was allowed.

Kerry seems nervous. Bush seriously needs to calm down / tone down, I had to turn my TV volume down!

Still not what the sanctions were for. No WMD's...useless armies....deteroriationg military......exactly what the sanctions were to do.

Oh my lord, the sanctions were their to keep Saddam disarmed. He was disarmed, stop moving the goalposts.

Nope, sanctions were to force him comply. He didn't. He instead corrupted the programs he was allowed to bypass sanctions.

Bush is quite the..preacher, though. If not for his small delays/slips from time to time, and his leathery face, and what he actually says, I'd almost want to believe him. And I'm not even American.

I haven't moved the goal-posts. That's been my stance for a great number of years.
