Given how heavy their players' legs will be by the second half, I can't give the Orange much of a chance against the Cards.

Coach Pitino call off the press? Not gonna happen.

Heh, he'll bench a starter if they don't press on a single possession. Pretty impressive 2nd half by the cards last night, beating number 12 Villinova handily. I really think a lot of the big east teams are going to go far in the tournament. Syracuse really seems to be peaking at the right time after slumping some in regular season.

If Louisville pulls away, coach Pitino may give his starters a rest, but if the subs slack off on defense they'll find themselves back on the bench in a heartbeat.
 
One hour to tip off. My prediction:

CARDS - 68
CUSE - 63

I don't know if it will be that low, but cards D is going to be tough. If Orange wants to run and gun the Cards can do that as well, and like it. Louisville's biggest weakness is transition defense and I "think" Syracuse has a pretty good transition game.
