damn, penalties again wiping out big plays. That really sucks for the volunteers.

They're gonna lose this game because of penalties.

Agreed. It should be a tie game if that WR wasn't holding on that 70 yard TD.

Ya know, I don't care if TN wins now...I still want them too, but if they don't, I'll still be happy they came from as far back as they were and gave Auburn a GREAT run for they're money...

Well, with ~1 minute left, I think this game is over...penalties killed TN...oh well, I'm proud they did this well from as far back as they were...

12-0 ----- SEC Champs!!! ---- Preseason #17----- BCS sucks!!! Auburn should get revenge from last years opening game whooping by USC!

and the year before that 😉, seriously though well played Auburn 🙂

Just got back from the game and I'm heading to bed. We played great but forgot how to tackle when UT was running the ball. I'm proud of our guys.

12-0 SEC Champs

War Damn Eagle!

AND????

Florida Game, etc, etc, etc

For Phil Fulmer to ever critisize the officials is laughable. He has gotten more breaks than any coach in the NCAA. UT lost, get over it.

UT got breaks? 9 penalties in the 3rd quarter alone, 2 of which negated touchdowns. Those penalties were for something Auburn did all night...How many penalities did Auburn get in the 3rd?...NONE! Wow, what a odd occurance...Refs know the polls...

Wait a second! Do I since arguing in my thread? I must be mistaken. It's football fellows. It's nothing to argue over. Both teams got breaks. The fumble by Campbell with a Tenn. recovery was a break for UT, and there were some calls that helped Auburn out. It doesn't matter though, because the game is over. Please don't argue. I like my threads to be happy! 😀

So because UT is undisciplined it is the fault of Auburn? For a UT fan to whine about the refs is hilarious. I'm not going to agree with you that the calls went in Auburn's favor, but if I did I'd say it is about par for the course. UT has benefited all year from refs always going their way.

Sorry Amanda, but I hate sore losers. They had a chance twice to beat us and they couldn't.

Being a UT fan, I am happy with how they played. If we can only fire Chavis and get a new D-Coordinator I think we will be set next year. It sucks that Auburn isn't playing for the championship. It also sucks that Texas jumped Cal after Texas was off and Call won on the raod. Because of this, UT will not play UT (Texas) in the Cotton Bowl. Instead, now they will play A&M. I was really looking forward to Texas vs Tennessee.

I'm not being a sore loser...Congratulations for winning! I'm just saying that everytime there's a big game on the line and TN breaks out, something happens with some lousy calls. That's not always the case, but it does happen. This was one of those times. Back to happiness....

I wanted to play Texas...oh well...Looks like the BCS is still just plain BS....As much as I can't stand Auburn, I want the SEC to get in the good bowls as much as possible...Looks like there will be more conterversy...On a basketball note, TN can say goodbye to Buzz...losing to my hometown team, UTC?? Come on...
