Judging from what the judges are saying about Linda, I too am starting to lean towards Jackie. But if her knee gets worse.... they may feel responsible in a negative way at the idea of awarding a WWF contract to someone with a serious career ending injury. It would make a mockery out of the contest if Jackie wins a contract and can't perform. So they may play it safe and choose Linda. Besides, with Linda you get the African American Female, a rare species in the WWF as far as I can tell.
When it comes to Kenny and Jake.... That's a hard one too. Jake has all the appearance of a WWF wrestler already. Kenny does not. But in the ring, Kenny rocks. He gets WAY up in the air for his acrobatic tumbles and falls, and he is very energetic AND he makes everyone doing a move on him look good. Still though... Maven won the male contract in TE1, and he's partly African American (from appearances). If the judges go with Linda, they may feel uncomfortable politically (so to speak) with choosing Kenny. Or that could just be me. Maybe they could care less what the racial background of the winners are.

My final picks: Jake and Kenny. They can't *not* pick Jake. He'll sell tickets by just standing around looking awesome. And Kenny has the ability to make the *other* wrestlers look good in the ring. The coaches have been really raving about that quality in him.

well, after not watching this whole season I decided to watch the marathon and thought this was a really really good season. Way better than the first one. I couldn't watch the finale cause I had to go out but I just read the results online and boy am I shocked:Q. Don't worry....I won't spoil it(unless somebody wants me to

I missed Smackdown, but they said that Maven got his leg broken.
Man. I can't believe the WWE can pass up Kenny and Jake. It just feels... so feminist. Kenny hinted at it in his speech that he thought so too. I hope that the WWE executives are scrambling to get Kenny and Jake a conventional contract.

Now, nothing against Linda, but what are they going to do with her? Let's face it; the women's division is all about looks and Jazz, Jackie (the older one) and Linda just don't seem to cut it for the fans. The writers just can't seem to get a woman competitor over if she's not blonde or participate in bra and panties matches.

i think maybe... just maybe... the wwe might try to make the women's division into decent wrestling. trish, terri, torrie, & stacy are pretty much just eye candy (not that i'm complaining), but maybe they want to make it more athletically competitive... thus the two hoes from tought enough 2.
That's my best guess as well.
I'm with you on this one. Jake looked like someone had just told him that his family jewels were going to be chopped.

u know whats really dumb too? the wwe seems to be trying real hard to throw us off track. though they never really mentioned it... it appears everyone thought that there was going to be one male and one female winner. right after linda's name was announced, did u see jackie? she looked like someone just kicked her in the nutsack. i bet even she thought it was one male & one female. stupid wwe.

I totally agree with this statement. I watched this show from day 1, and until Smolek posted in this thread last week, I didn't know that anyone could win regardless of gender. It was kind of underhanded. I still think those guys got cut out for reasons other than talent and marketability. Jackie and Linda...??? grrrrrrrrr.
