I'm going to bed now. 250th post... is this some kind of milestone?

I've got a question should anyone check this thread: Is there any kind of liquid that secretes itself over your brain when you become tired? Because I always feel slightly heavy-headed and have lowered inhibitions etc as if I'm drunk or something but I'm just tired.
