Black is my every day coffee. On rare occasions I make cappuccino. On even rarer occasions, Carolans(better and cheaper than Baileys) Irish cream.

I like that you're steeping it upside-down! I just started doing that a week or two ago with my Aero and it changed my life. Huge difference due to the water not dripping through the filter.

Just got that grinder a few months ago and I love it. Simple, easy to clean & fairly quiet.

My question to you is: what grind settings do you use for your cold/hot/espresso coffee?

For cold brew, I put it on the leftward side of the coarse settings.

For pour over, I put it on medium-coarse.

For french press, I put it on coarse.

I just use nespresso for espresso. I don't make espresso all that much anymore. I need to order more capsules, but don't want to spend the money lol.

I don't drink coffee much, once in a blue moon. I've been thinking of trying Monin Hazelnut syrup in a cup just once to see what all the hype is about in reviews of the stuff.

I do make my own rootbeer now with Monin rootbeer syrup, filtered tap water and I got a 5lb CO2 tank with a regulator, ball lock connector and carbacap carbonator. (the cheaper in the long term alternative to sodastream). It really is very tasty.
