Been drinking a lot of coffee these past few weeks... Huminahuminahuminahumina!! :awe:

Winter is upon us once again, and the holiday season, so you know what that means:

Time for some fatty cream in your coffee to keep you warm! Some Bailey's doesn't hurt either. (That's a cream, right?).

I haven't seen the P-Spice in the stores yet, so I've been sticking with my Mini-Moo's half and halfs. 10 Calories each, no flavor.

What's your poison?

Dash of milk, no sugar.

Around the holidays... Baileys, eggnog or whiskey. The latter is not so festive, but it warms you up a little more. :D

I like to mix my cold brew with some of Butch's anger. Makes for a slightly more bitter brew.

Skim milk? Whole? Not sure I can get behind just plain old cow milk. The booze on the other hand... ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Best to take a look at what is actually in the Creamer.

May affect your taste buds afterwards

Whole milk or half and half, no sugar. When the time is right, a dash of dark rum to provide sweetness and relaxation.

During holidays add some flavored liquor, typically nocello, ameretto or frangelico.

Weekdays, I drink home brewed cold brew coffee black. Weekends, I usually drink pour over coffee from my chemex, black.

The only time I add a milk like substance to coffee nowadays is when I make french press coffee or espresso, and I'll add foamed milk for a cappuccino/cafe a lait.

Do you own one of those 'do it all' 300$ rigs?

Nope. I have a cheap burr grinder for most of my coffee: http://www.amazon.com/Capresso-560-...1_15?s=kitchen&ie=UTF8&qid=1442515479&sr=1-15

An Oxo cold brew system (I think I paid $40 for it): http://www.amazon.com/OXO-Grips-Cof...&qid=1442515698&sr=1-1&keywords=oxo+cold+brew

A chemex for pour over: http://www.amazon.com/Chemex-6-Cup-...ie=UTF8&qid=1442515637&sr=1-1&keywords=chemex

I have a cheap ~$30 french press.

For espresso, I have a nespresso set up that included the milk frother for $150. It's similar to this: http://www.amazon.com/Nespresso-Ini...UTF8&qid=1442515511&sr=1-6&keywords=nespresso

Just got that grinder a few months ago and I love it. Simple, easy to clean & fairly quiet.

My question to you is: what grind settings do you use for your cold/hot/espresso coffee?

Black and short mostly.

Sometimes with real double cream (you know, the stuff that comes from a cow), brandy, and brown sugar.

I have dat grinder too!!!

But I actually don't really like coffee, I just need it to function. As you can see by some posts before 8am, I do not function well in the early hours.... D: D:

Non-fat half & half: 1/4cup
Splenda: 1/3 cup

Per 16oz coffee.

lol
