i just started watching Samurai Champloo... I must say it is quite a disappointment. Yes, it has a lot of adult theme - violence, sex, drug, and even homosexuality. but the story does not flow right. I feel Naruto and Bleach (the only other two anime I watched recently) are much better in this matter. I watched up till ep. 10 and each ep is about one individual story that has little or nothing to do with the whole plot. there's also very little character development. all i know up to now is Jin has a past and Fuu has a dead mum a year ago.

because the drawing is impressive however, much on-par with naruto and better than Bleach and Full Metal Alchemist imo.

naruto, bleach, fma ... all exceptional animes. can't expect them all to be thrilling and addicting.

i personally need a break from all the fillers 3 episode long fights, and watch something funny and cute. (ichigo 100/school rumble)

exactly how i feel. it's got no real background plot and it bores the shlt out of me. watched til ep 5/6 and i just can't continue anymore. sunflower-smelling samurai?!? sounds like just an excuse for a back plot

Can anyone here hook me up with a copy of Gundam Seed (NOT destiny) ep 23, with english subs not the crappy dub?

I just realized I dont have ep 23 in my dvd backup. :(

anyone have the non-dvd versions of [wf]school rumble 1-2? it's not going to fit on a single dvd :(

Speed Grapher is definitely weeeiiirrrddd, but I like it.

Theme reminded me a little bit of "Eyes Wide Shut" (if you guys watch anything other than anime ;) ), but it goes a little further than that, so beware of the content, if it's too heavy/dark for y'all.

I hate that! But I got so much anime burned, I don't even hesitate to throw it on another DVD with a different series.

The full manga is floating around the internet somewhere. Basically there's a wedding, and another cliche brawl right in the middle, so they postpone it (basically, it goes nowhere, and it's right back where it started). And Ranma is never cured IIRC.
