Are you doing it as a hobby, or taking classes? My sister is a CPC and a CFP (Certified Pasty Chef and Certified Financial Planner ) and she has made some amazing wedding cakes in her time. She has said that will be her wedding gift to each of us (Her siblings) when we get married. Something I do not mind at all, considering how much some wedding cakes sell for, and hers in particular.
