Well I have reversed the cable on my floppy and the drive "appears" to run, however it does not recognize any disks I place in the drive. Therefore I just flashed like pelikan suggested and was successful in upgrading my BIOS to 1004. Unfortunately the system still only runs at 100MHz FSB and single-channel for my RAM. I am going to attempt to manually change these, however I am concerned about instability again. I will keep you posted, but any extra suggestions would be appreciated.

Made an attempt at adjusting to FSB=133 Mhz and was stable for minor apps, crash on any CPU intense apps. Back to running my 2100+ as a 1500+.... 8(
Edit#2: My problem with the CPU clock speed was heat related, see this forum thread for more info.
