The Tbred A is already unlock. TO make sure, check the bridges on the L1. See if there are any cuts.

Gotcha. So if there's no gaps to be filled with superglue, it's unlocked. Man, that was lazy of me! Sorry.

ps: the lower multipliers work but nothing above default. I hit the cpu ceiling of 1.85ghz @1.87v. Don't wanna go any higher on the voltage, following your recommendation. 177fsb btw. Just made 10,400 3dmarks with my sweetas$ slightly modded gf3!
