Wonder how the Yanks will do against FL with 1 starter and their top right hander out of the pen in jail? lol

Nelson is not the top right hander.....Rivera is

I meant middle reliever... Boston waited till either tomorrow or Monday to file charges b/c
they didn't want any shenanigans from the NYPD or rowdy NY fans...

I read about that.....but still, Nelson is not the top righty middle reliever in the pen in the postseason.....Contreras is since he's playing that role now.

-Tom

Yankees vs Marlins LOL. Not exactly the series that about 300 million people wanted! Say bye bye to your high ratings. That's PAYBACK for Family Guy and Futurama!

They "had" to leave Pedro in. He's their ace, the best active pitcher in baseball, still throwing with speed and accuracy late in the 8th and when asked if he wanted to stay in or leave, Pedro said he wanted to stay. It's a trust thing, but it doesn't always work out.

Somebody's gonna get paid... U know Nelson and Garcia were secretly hoping to lose this game so all would be forgiven in Boston *snicker*

Redsox had a great chance at winning, the just left pedro in way too long.

Marlins has a great chance at winning. They're a hot baseball team. Rootin for the underdogs~!

Yes, I was suprised to see pedro at 8th....fvcking Grady little...

I'll drink to that. :beer::beer::beer::beer::beer:

Yup, Grady screwed up by letting Pedro go past 7. He will be fired for it, as he should be. Gross mismanagement from the 8th inning on.

Leaving Pedro in was a mistake, but to think Wakefield could shutdown the Yanks a 3rd time is a bigger one.

The blame is all Grady's. Pedro gave them 7 great innnings. Wakefield got them two wins in the series.
It should have been Timlin for the 8th and Willamson for the 9th just like the rest of the ALCS.
Grady is gone.

Best thing about Yankee's beating the Redsox, is hearing the Redsox fans crying themselves a river

I don't agree... Wakefield was not a bad decision, he would have outlasted everyone in the Yanks bullpen if it got down that far. He was well rested and the only person better to bring in would have been Williamson, who would blow his load after only 2 innings...

And then whats maybe even worse is when the Yank players are so FVCKIN SMUG ABOUT IT too. The Sox now need to break the bank, and get one (or even two)more supastaa starting pitchers........
