Derek Jeter, you can't even hold Nomar's jockstraps.

Jason Giambi, you can't hit anything above your belt.

Bernie Williams, a sissy with a jazz music. Softest center fielder.

Boone couldn't hit water if he fell out of a boat.

Nick Johnson, super utility player.

Roger Clemens, scuffs balls.

David Wells, needs beer instead of Gatorade to get hydrated.

Mariano Rivera, no better then Kim in pressure situation.

Go Sox! and if we lose "Go yanks!" as i don't want the subs to win. How amazing would it be opening the world series against the cubs at fenway? but first the yanks.

Philadelphia Phillies suck. They can't even hold their wild card lead. Burrell can't hit a soft toss.

Who else agrees that Timlin should be our new closer? Williamson and Kim lose their balls in pressure situation.

Williamson has been closing out for crappy team and Kim has been knocked around by the Yankees last year.

Hahaha the Yankees aren't the As, they don't make habits of losing series - be prepared for the worst.

too bad the only pitchers the bosox really have is only pedro (who is on his decline now)

derek lowe.. lets just say he's not as good as you think he is (he had a crazy run support percentage last year when he won that many games)

wakefield? more like wake up the bosox won't win.

the yanks gots this :)

dont hate, appreciate.

Pedro is still the most dominating pitcher in the league with the best stuff. On his decline or not, when he's on, which is 99% of the time, he's virtually unhittable.

Lowe is the big nasty. Common man, not as good as you think he is? You know 40 times less about baseball than you say you do, I'm not gonna get into whether you actually think you know anything.

Love him or hate him, wakefield is the best knuckleballer in the league and he's far better than average outta the bullpen or when he gets the start. I honestly think we could take the yanks with those 3 starters and timlin, who needs anyone else :)

THIS IS THE YEAR. The yanks aren't even gonna pose a problem. They have nothing on us. The thing I'm worried about is the cubs or the marlins, cuz that sh1t is gonna be bizarre.

I'm just worried about our bats, out biggest hitters haven't been up to par lately

Manny just showed what he's made of for the first time in the playoffs
Same for Ortiz
Nomar is just cold....

that's the only thing that worries me, other than that, we have a great shot of making it to the world series.

manny will always be there. He's manny...he's streaky....and his good streaks are as good as anyone's.
Ortiz needs to wisen up and stop swinging for the fences every pitch, especially when he's slumping.
Nomar's fine, he'll hit singles, that's all we need.

I'm lovin varitek and nixon, and millar and mueller are doin A-ok, todd walker should start every game regardless. Jackson makes me :|

So I'm at our house here in boston watching the game with all the sox fans. I personally don't care who wins cause my team was out of the playoff race in June, side note Mets will make the world series in 2006.

Anywho, Red sox pull it off and I think to myself that I wouldn't mind seeing the yankees get knocked off, but then the yankees suck chant starts and I realize why I hate the red sox so much, and red sox fans. Last I noticed the red sox were playing the A's tonight, and the Yankees are taking the day off. How about a red sox chant, no its always yankees suck, I can't count how many times last week I heard "fans" say that they didn't care what the red sox did as long as the Yankees lost.

THIS IS THE YEAR. The yanks aren't even gonna pose a problem. They have nothing on us. The thing I'm worried about is the cubs or the marlins, cuz that sh1t is gonna be bizarre.

That could be the retarded quote of the month, the yankees allowed 6 runs in 4 games, the red sox allowed 18 in 5, and you talk like the red sox have the more dominating staff.

Didn't the Boston fans do a "Yankees Suck" chant during their celebration for the Patriots wining the Superbowl?
