actually there was a "mini tsunami" recorded the tidal gauges off Australia . . . . the direction of the shockwave - more southerly - and the movement of the ocean floor - sideways rather than up & down- minimized it.
Where is the person that took offense to my "Ring of Fire" coming to life comment a few weeks back???
