heh, well it looks to be official then.. I certainly hope that things don't get bad when it comes to compatability, which 3dfx has done very well with since they had control over every aspect of the card..

I read it, it basically says this:

So Dave, how about clarifying just how this is going to affect your average gamer?

In a few months am I going to be purchasing a 3dfx card or a (for example) Guillemot card...

(Do I really need to include the always assumed &quot;If you can talk about it.&quot;?)
