it has nothing to do with a goatee. it's the person and how they radiate hotttttttttness.
i'll give ya an easy example: Brad Pitt. he's a hunk no matter what his hairstyle (in Interview with a Vampire & i think Legends of the Fall, he had long hair). in recent pics with Angelina, he's got that doting husband & daddy *look*, but he's still all the hottness.
