But there's also fundamentals.

This Trump Trade War will not lead to agreements with lots of countries that're pissed off at America.. specifically MAGA. And how do you hurt MAGA.. you don't buy stuff made by MAGA states.

With China's declining population.. and us deporting people enmasse and actually having 2025 as the first year where America's population starts to shrink long term like China/ Japan etc.. the farmers are basically fucked long term since the soybean/ beef/ bourbon demand just isn't coming back.. so that'll be a drag on economic numbers going forward.

Been accelerated by Trump's trade war but yeah.. that part of the economy is FUCKED and possibly FUCKED FOREVER.

I have my doubts on manufacturing coming back.. but yeah tech and heavy arms manufacturing will likely be the fields the US will likely have to focus on for foreign trade from now on.

But Trump wants to get rid of Biden's Chips Act.. what could go wrong???

Felix.. I would be careful making such assumptions..

I saw a video where a guy in Texas tried to stop another guy from harassing his wife.. the other guy shoots him with a rifle and his wife doesn't even care, keeps looking at the first guy like it's some sort of mating ritual.

Americans are just fucked up beyond belief.

You probably know this.. as you've seen plenty of people on their smart phones but not one will render aid or call 911.
Perhaps but I was focusing on unique things for exploit or export from particular countries.

Being that you are more familiar with the region, I will let comlete this list Nordic countries.. I put my choices in parentheses

* Sweden has (great skiing)

* Finland has (great skiing)

* Norway has (great skiing)

* Denmark has (no skiing but Christmas cookies)

Fixed it for you. :)

Denmark is flat as a butter cookie, so we have zero expertise in skiing.

Love that stock market 😍

Will Broadcom double to $4T on chip deal with Open AI? Currently 1.6T.

Reflecting the weak dollar.. it could hit 40 Trillion and Nvidia 100 Trillion.

Just look at Gold.. 4100..

I feel stupid for keeping some money in money markets as everything is rising but MM is staying same.

Realistically 40T in 25 years assuming of course humanity has not done something to harm its overall well-being such as continue to overpopulate, strain and pollute its exhausting fresh water supply or irradiate most land with atomic weapons.

If humanity is to survive longer than the next 150 years we need sustainable energy, limited population growth, conflict avoidance, resource management and a way to extract materials from post consumer waste. We throw so much in landfills and replace it with new materials. Im not sure that is long term sustainable.

One thing that reminds me of our waste problem is dwindling river sand. Used to make glass for a computers and phones and even cement for construction it is getting harder and harder to find in the quantities we need. Common desert sand has the wrong crystalline structure.

Since when did you become a Trump/ MAGA/ GOP hating lefty??

All those things you state are AOC/ Bernie policies.

I always think and vote the way I want to. I think we have a separate place to talk about the political angle maybe you can create a thread there and we can focus on business here. 😇

Well I agree with your business takes.. just not the Tariff ones since those hit business sales hard.

What do you think are the sectors that do good from here on out??

I missed RKLB and ASTS.. thought they'd go down.. instead they doubled.

A reasonable suggestion if only businesses would stay out of politics as well. But since businesses spend a lot of effort corrupting politics, here we are.

I don't think we should separate politics from this thread.

I'd miss out on all the entertaining stupid shit that gets said.

Definitely not.. I love to tell idiots who love tariffs that they're idiots for loving tariffs.

Single greatest economic bane on the planet!

Even W., Bush, Reagan were not this bad with the economy!

Infact W. wasn't even to blame for the 2008 crash.. it was the wrecking of Glass Stegall.

And also why a bipartisan political system is really not optimal when you want to have a nuanced discussion. :/

The conservative party in Denmark is known to have quite green profile, while the four other right wing parties in our parliament does not.

We currently have twelve parties in our parliament, which might be a few too many :p

Like this fine example.
