I sympathize since my RB situation keeps getting worse.

Ball Out
Ingram Out
Martin
Peterson Out
Williams Out

Not sure who I'm going to start this week. Someone dropped Chris Ivory so I'm trying to get him, but he is on waivers until Friday. Surprisingly, I'm 3-2 though so hopefully my luck keeps working for me. Plus, it helps to have Rivers. :D

Ingram should be back week 7, you can probably drop Peterson at this point and pick up one of the Denver RBs or Reaves. Hopefully you can snatch up Chris Ivory

i just gave up travis kelce for josh gordon for my playoff push. i'm 5-0 and 2 games up on anyone else so it's looking pretty good that i'll make the playoffs (6/12 make it). now my only TE is ebron. any sneaky pick ups to think of?

good thing I held out. The other guy came around to the Alshon + Lamar Miller for Foster trade. I think I'll go for this trade. The way I see it, I already have Forte as a good RB. Miller is doing well now, and even though his value is suspect when Moreno returns, I have a feeling they will be sharing the load even when Moreno returns. And Alshon being a good WR1, should make up for any shortcomings. And although losing Foster would be a big blow as he was really hot last game, I don't know if I want to gamble on his hamstring holding up the entire season.

Does anyone think that Alshon Jeffrey + Lamar Miller is NOT a good trade for Arian Foster? My other WRs are Kelvin Benjamin, Jordy Nelson, Cordarrelle Patterson, and Reuben Randle. Other RBs are Forte, Pierre Thomas, and Bishop Sankey

Tough call there. I'm really worried about Miller's long term value once Moreno is back. Those platoon back positions are brutal for fantasy. No question Alshon is a nice upgrade.

How many starting WR's & RB's do you start? 2RB + 2WR + flex?

[EDIT]

Saw the links to the teams. Yeah he's SCREWED on RB's. He doesn't have *any* depth there. I don't think there's any real good trade that fits up with either of your needs upon further review. I don't think that getting Alshon is a big enough upgrade for you to consider it.

On any given week you are starting this:
RB1: Forte
RB2: Foster
WR1: Jordy
WR2: Benjamin
Flex: PT

In the other Scenario you are looking at this:
RB1: Forte
RB2: Miller
WR1: Jordy
WR2: Alshon
Flex: Benjamin

I just don't see the 2nd option consistently scoring more points than the first over the duration of the season.

But that's just me :)

yea plan on playing Forte + Miller as RBs, Nelson + Jeffrey as WR. Then have choice of Benjamin/Randle/Sankey/Thomas/Patterson as my choice for Flex

edit...wont have Randle, as i'll probably need to drop him to make room for Alshon

I don't think that's a good trade. Foster is a lot more valuable than Lamar Miller, especially considering Moreno is expected back this week. Foster has the injury risk but he puts up points when he plays. I rather roll with Jordy and Benjamin

Rivers vs Oakland or Rodgers vs Miami? They're both hot right now. But I think my season is pretty much over as I'm 1-4 currently.

I see AJ waited for me to bench him before scoring his first TD of the year. :|

On a positive note, hopefully I can get something in trade value for him now.

Lol. He is one of those guys who will be boom/bust. Today was boom. I'm happy I played him.

Going into today's game I wasn't sure whether or not I should play Houston's D...almost didn't play a D and hoped to pick up Broncos on waivers tomorrow.

I'll take the 9 points. :)

Waiver dicking complete. My opponent has Jimmy Graham, out both for injury and bye. I have Julius Thomas and Gronk. Did I have to pick up Owen Daniels as my first waiver move? No, but my opponent ended up with 4.9 points from Dwayne Allen.

Now that his TE spot has been locked, time to drop Daniels and pick up the very player I dropped for Daniels. I was talking to another owner in the league and he laughed, saying my opponent is also looking to pick up the RB I dropped. It feels so good to mess with an owner.

Oh, actual fantasy wise, I'm so happy he netted under 30 points tonight with Luck and Allen as TE.

You got really lucky. Allen and Daniels had an equal chance of a big day and you could have been burned big if Allen had a Larry Donnell style multiple TD game. It's not like you forced him into playing someone terrible like Jermaine Gresham or Brandon Pettigrew.

I did, but hey, fantasy involves a little planning, a bit of knowledge, and a whole lot of luck. I personally think Allen had a chance at a big day, but I think Daniels would have been a better play.

I was going to keep Reggie Wayne benched until I was forced to start him with the AJ Green news. Needless to say not a great night for him but the night clearly belonged to Hilton.
