phokus is a phoktard, period. Multiple times on this forum, I've seen someone get modded for pointing out someone was black when it had no impact, so it should be held the other way.

I'm going to chalk up your reaction to PMS or something. Get some valium, lol.

I can understand the Detroit call. The pass was uncatchable for the position of the receiver. There's nothing he could have done to have caught the ball. If the defensive end had turned around, it would have just been an interception, and the only way Detroit could have caught it was to actually commit pass interference in order to catch the otherwise uncatchable ball.

This play looks like Dallas got screwed. I am pretty surprised their team even went back on the field again after that call.

I'd have to disagree with the ball being "uncatchable" as it did in fact bounce off the back of the defender, not an optimal position for Stafford to put the ball but the receiver was denied any chance of coming back to the ball because he was smothered by the DB during the play.

Awesome nobody posted the rule yet. Here is the rule straight from the book:

If the ball hadn't have touched the ground, he would have been golden. The Packers have burned more than once by this rule, that is why I am familiar with it.

You do know that he took like 3 steps with the ball firmly in his hand and then reached for the goal line, right? He obviously caught the ball, had control, and reached for the goal line. Ludicrous call. If the Packers have been burned by a call this bad before, I feel for them too, but it doesn't make this call anything other than wrong.

Nah, I just hate your bitch ass. It's a shame you're still around, haven't found anyone IRL to put you out of your misery yet? Take Nike to heart, and Just Do It.

The only time contact was made on that play was well beyond the point at which the receiver could have gotten on the other side of the defense, unless their receiver was The Flash.

As entertaining as you are after a Cowboys loss, you should probably cut back on the alcohol.

LOL, watch it again, 1st he grabs the jersey at the start of the play, does not turn to play the ball, then grabs his Jersey again as the ball bounces off his shoulder pad. Link to even ONE worthy opinion where it is said that the whole situation was nothing less than a fiasco and an embarrassment to the entire league.

Agreed: http://ftw.usatoday.com/2015/01/dez-bryant-incomplete-pass-dallas-cowboys-reaction

He lands on one foot then just falls forward with momentum.

You guys need to watch the replay. 3 steps, then lunges. If that is an incomplete, then 70% of all catches in the league should be ruled incomplete, that's what pisses me off.

In the air, gets ball, first foot down = 1, second foot down = 2 purely from momentum, then he's on his stomach, ball touches ground, and he never has control. I just watched it 12 times. The third step you are seeing might be his knee?
