He extended the ball to try and hit the goal line, but he slammed the ball on the ground while not having complete control of it. It hit the ground, bobbled.

Yep, pretty obvious on the replay.

I never saw that ball hit the ground. I understand that it was loose and he didn't have complete control, but it looked to me that his hand was under it the entire time, and he secured it on the roll when his back was on the ground?

I thought juggling was OK, as long as you secure it before it touches the ground?

Or did he need to have it secured on that play, specifically, because GB dude hit him, thus making it a stop whenever and wherever Dez hits the ground, and so requiring ball security when Dez is down?

Well he had full control going to the ground but chose to put it on one hand and try and extend it past the EZ line, had he just fell to the ground with both hands on the ball it would have been a catch. IMO he had possession long enough but the ref's saw it differently.

Megatron got hosed on a similar "complete the process" a few years ago in Chicago.

That play resulted in a rule changing, particularly when it comes to ground forcing the ball out - but particularly in the end-zone.

Uh, he had control of the ball - how else do you think he was able to extend his arm?

I suppose those calls in last weeks game were correct since the Cowboys won?

Letter of the rule at least this was the right call.

It was legit call, I think everybody knows that the Seahawks are a lock to win the Super Bowl no matter who they play.

Oh, you mean the call that had holding but they called PI? I was the first to say there was holding, but that's not what was called. Get the fuck over it.

You're preaching to the choir, buddy. If you were a lions fan last week, you're loving that call.

At least, it was reviewed and a reason given -- we got nothing last week (though this call directly affected the outcome of the game).

Looked like the right call, btw.

nah, last week should of at worse been offsetting calls and it was the non punt after that that really screwed them.

Well chock it up to a big mistake by Dez has he knows that if the ball gets loose at all it could be deemed incomplete. Also the 'Boys needed to blitz the immobile Rodgers on the 3rd and 15 play, instead they rushed 4 and tried to cover everyone but that was a big mistake, Rodgers even with a bum leg is pin-point accurate with his throws, I would have blitzed his ass and never give him a chance to spot an open receiver, he's so good even a tiny opening is all he needs to make a completion.

There's a reason why you can't really blitz Rogers. Dude makes the adjustment and gets rid of the ball.

I mean, you can't really blitz him.

Fucking bullshit call. I'm hoping the Seahawks stomp the shit out of the Packers. Cowboys were robbed.
