ohhhh. I was in transit for the last pick, and don't recall the second one.

:hmm:

Oops thought he had 3. Well both picks led to points. Prior to winning the super bowl vs Grossman and the bears in 2006 manning was the poster child for someone who couldn't win the big game. He couldn't do it in college and up to the point he was owned by Brady and the Pats.

agreed. Manning played a damn good game, really.

If this was on anyone, for the Broncos, then this loss is on Champ Bailey. I mean...wtf man? It's like he wasn't even on the field.

He got burned a lot, but I blame 26 too. He got burned just as bad and it's what sent us into OT. The missed FG stings too.

lol. niiiice.

I, for one, can't wait to be lectured again on how our "inferior football IQ's" failed to "legitimately predict" this outcome.

You know, we should just create his own, personal, AMDZen QQ thread. He had his godawful Tebow thread form last season that had some 2k posts too many.

Yea, and how confident he was on that the Ravens couldn't ever win.

I am sorry but "any given sunday..." I even pointed out like 5+ reasons why the ravens had a chance. But hey what do i know...

Remember. According to Indy, Manning beat the ravens last 9 times, so somehow this is an impossibility.

here is what I said about that argument ~5 pages ago:

actually, it really doesn't mean anything. It's not statistically significant in terms of being predictive of any future games, anyway. All it says is that in 9 previous games, Manning beat this team. That's neat, but as far as the next game is concerned, it has an identical predictive power of using the results of the Redskins/Cowboys game to predict the presidential election that year.

As soon as they lose that game, it is no longer significant

With that pick... (serious) could a severe sinus infection affect ones throwing? That pass was... very uncharacteristic of Rodgers.

statistically he wasn't all that hot in the SB win either.

Even now, I think Lovie Smith got a raw deal in his recent firing. He took Rex Grossman to the Super Bowl; that should buy you all kinds of juice if your team is still having winning seasons.

Fock, Tramon Williams looks like a scrub a lot these days.

it makes me wonder if he ever actually does watch games because, you know, if his words were ever to be truth, then no one would ever need to play games.

I agree. I watched him for 3? years while in Chicago (one of those being Sexy Rexy in the SB) and whenever I can catch them this year. ....they are a very good team, but I can also see why he was fired: too good of a team to lose the way they do and collapse late in the season. It has to be coaching at some point.

and FWIW, I was hoping that Shanahan would be fired even after they made the playoffs.

What makesi t more confusing... Rex Ryan kept his job.
