Well, you can't have it both ways. Either the 49ers have a good offense or the Falcon's D sucks. If it's truly the Falcon's D, then both the Pats and Ravens stand a really good chance of winning.

Except the Pats and Ravens won't be at home playing in one of the loudest stadiums. A missed FG and fumble on the 1in line, this game shouldn't have been this close.
