Nooooooooooo!

Steve Ott's gonna call you and tell you that kind of negativity is completely ridiculous and counter productive.

Looks like the playoffs started early for the large group of teams fighting for the playoffs. Intensity has been off the charts for the last two games for the Wings. I sure wish this group of wings had had a chance to play together for a full season.

The new guys for Pittsburgh are tearing it up.

The NHL Facebook page just updated their cover photo with a picture from the Habs/Sabres game. It was in Buffalo and if you look at the fans in the background, almost all of them are wearing Canadiens jerseys.

Bruins lose to the Islanders in typical fashion; turnovers, crap puck management, and add even more softness/non-physicality to their game.

Awesome...

I am heading to Canada and the USA next week. In theory I could see the Leafs play next Thursday, but no real interest. I can see Nj play on Saturday and NYR play on Sunday. Will be my first live games this year. I keep hoping I will luck out and be able to see the Habs play or catch a Sharks game, but no scheduling luck so far.

Habs goalies take the night off and the Leafs beat them 5-1. Boston also lost (4-2 vs. Canes) so no change in the standings.

Flyers must be in a really bad place offensively right now. Buffalo is down a considerable number of defensemen from trades and injuries, literally signed and started a college player today, and started their backup goalie, and yet the Flyers still couldn't score a goal.
