Like I said, as soon as the Spurs quit trying for the three and went inside, they were able to get traction.

So the question remains - will the Spurs outside shooting be off (whether of their own accord or defense), will Wade continue to contribute like he did tonight, and will Miami continue to knock down the three unlike the previous series?

there's a top story on NBA.com "Ginobili says he's 'likely' to flop next season."

interesting

*ahem*

Spurs did a great job keeping the turnovers down.. And while they missed some ez shots and wide open 3s they also hit some clutch ones as well. Miami was never able to put on a run or gain any momentum. Then come crunch time they kinda fell apart.. Chalmers 3 off the backboard.. Lbj pass stolen by Leonard... Bosh shooting that 3.. Great game

The entire point of sports is to abandon objectiveness. No one is like "well, we lost, but in a fair way."

maybe in your life, I call it like I see it. if you throw objectiveness out, you admit there's rampant cheating. and once you accept that, you may as well stop watching.

wade won't play this "well" most of the series.
duncan can't keep up this productivity at 37, if he does, kudos.

Seems Lebron did his disappearing act.

You would never see an MJ lead team go 5-18 in the 4th quarter of the finals.

MJ also had a little better team mates than the chumps that bosh and wade pass for, wade is struggling terribly this playoffs, lucky to go average this game.

Doesn't really resemble a flop, looks like he stumbled to me. Hell Duncan fall in in a game against the Grizzlies with nobody even close to him. He was jogging down the court and just fell.

And now you're just baiting. Get your blinded ass out of this thread, even that jmiamidouche guy isn't as bad as you.

I see contact, I see what looks like a trip, I see both guys stumbling. Sure Lebron seems to overact here, but when you fall sometimes you do that *shrug* Even if that was a flop, he'll NEVER measure up to Ginobili. He's league flop MVP 5 years running. He stole the title from Fisher 5 seasons ago and it's been a wrap since then.

lebron goes 18/18/10, a monster game for anyone else. people question his game, lol. question his weak ass team mates that can only hit open shots, and miss those half the time. coach spo gets some blame for being average, too. popavich going to own his ass in pressure situatoins.

you have 20/600 vision like me, put your glasses on son

James 1-3 in the 3rd quarter, 2-4 in the 4th. That's one thing that's going to change on Sunday.

is it? You konw the moves lebron has to average 50 a game (but never uses them). tiger doesn't change its stripes, leopard doesnt change its skin. lebron is built for above average team mates not this trash the heat throw on the floor.

did you see lebron drive and dunk all game? No. I don't even remember the last time he drove the lane in traffic and dunked. This is classic lebron, he's not classic anymore!

early in career, he reeled off 20+ pts in cleveland against the pistons in the playoffs (remember?). Dunk after dunk after dunk in the 4th.

I was referring to Duncan, aka Mr. Consistency.

Oops, apologies. Duncan will continue to do what he did tonight, throughout the series - he's done it all season. The Heat will regret allowing him to get into foul trouble - he just considers that resting time, as evident by the Memphis series. 😀

My point was that Lebron will be more aggressive Sunday, only 3-7 in the 2nd half. He referred to his "trash" compadres too much tonight and needs to do more himself. Miami is a much different team when they can't get their 3's off. Allen had only one 3 in the 2nd half and missed it (3rd quarter.)
