The game suspension was justified. If they were going for the ball it'd be a different story. This was a blindside hip check while the ball was being advanced up court with the ball nowhere near.
There's no need for that in basketball. I'd like to think of basketball as a gentleman's game.

You sort of need to be like that other guy in this thread, a Lebron fan. Not a heat fan. Lebron is your team, Lebron is anyone's team, take him off - how many wins do you have. Who is your leader. I beg the question, Wade is not even a #2 anymore.

Don't compare the Heat to the Patriots. Tom Brady has been with one team. Tom Brady wins with nobodies around him. Just like Lebron is doing now, but there's a big difference between the Heat and the Patriots in that respect.

I didnt compare the Heat to the Patriots as teams. And who says you have to stay with one team for your entire career? We have the right to choose wher to work or live for whatever reason we want. Happens al the time in sports. But please lets not get into that discussion.

Go Heat!!

Agreed, his attitude was unacceptable

Good move by the NBA there. I don't think the heat will be hurt too much by it, i saw they are actually a much better rebounding team when Birdman isn't on the floor.

Not surprised by the suspension. Worst impact that it has for Miami is one less big to take fouls and they lose a bit of a spark off the bench. Indy can use that to their advantage by attacking the paint more and putting more of a burden on Bosh/Haslem/Anthony. Bosh in particular has shown a weakness for defending Indy bigs. Other than Lebron, Birdman was the Heat's biggest weak side shot blocker. That's one less to worry about now.

Fun fact:

the almighty Bill Belichick's previous coaching job was in Cleveland for the Browns before he ended up with the Patriots

One of the best coaches ever couldn't win in that town either, so I don't blame LeBron at all or wanting to get out of that dump when they kept proving time and again they weren't willing to get him any help.

If anything LeBron should have pulled an Eli Manning and refused to go to Cleveland in the first place, although the fact that LeBron was born and raised in Ohio clearly clouded his judgement.

why does have to be Reggie Miller who is one of the commentators? He is so biased and he sounds more like the Pacer's coach.

No lead Indiana gets feels safe. They turn the ball over so much, have trouble scoring, and Lebron can go beast mode at any moment. No lead feels safe.
