Same, wondering if I should start Mark Sanchez over Rivers, but hesitant to do so.

I wouldn't start Sanchez. Baltimore is going to be pressuring the hell out of him. (That's not the homer shocksyde talking, that's logical shocksyde)

Wondering if that makes Steve Slaton possible for a pickup in a 12 team league...

Interesting, I'm in a 14 and need a bench RB. Slaton is no slouch, but will he get the ball? I've got NE Woodhead and my gamble OAK Michael Bush on the bench. I'd have to drop one. Only two RBs required and I'm pretty decent on my starters (Rice and Jacobs). Now I've to start thinking about beefing up my bench due injuries (no on my starters, but on other teams/byes coming up)

How do you guys think Painter will do this weekend?

As a die hard colts fan? Absolutely nothing. If you've got an empty slot then take him. But only if you're empty, there are much better qb options. He's shown a few decent drives and this is his chance. But you have to weigh that one glimmer of almost decent against his history of worse than many college qb.

Tremendous risk with little chance of any points. He is truly that bad. It's just a bad pick everyway you look at it. Now if I haven't confused you enough, only when his spot/job was on the line did he show that brief glimmer of being "almost decent", so it's a HUGE gamble, with huge odds and the payout isn't good.

Take only if you have a totally empty slot and are desperate for a QB and every single starting QB is taken and are willing to gamble. I'm trying to come up with a reason for you to take him, and I'm coming up goose egg.

Jahvid Best, James Starks, Willis McGahee for my RB2 spot? Right now leaning towards best...

Definitely not Best. I think the Lions will beat the Cowboys this week, but not on the ground. Cowboys DL is pretty good, he wont get much running room... I would go with Starks, especially since Grant is out this week.

I'm doing awesome in 3 leagues. And then there's a league where I have matt ryan + big ben, miles austin + dez bryant, mendenhall + jamaal charles(had)

I have faith that it will turn around, but damn, what a terrible start. Oh, and daniel thomas who was starting after charles went down, well he's hurt now too lol

I'm in a keeper league; kept hillis, mcfadden, santonio, and Vick after winning the league championship last year. It's a good thing I picked up Stafford in the draft....anyway...Someone offered me P. Rivers & Michael Bush for Colston & Vick.....should I jump on that?
