But where exactly do you think it is headed? Nothing by analysts on this one, so looks like I will have to do the grunt work, which I am still weak at right now.

My only advice to you is to mimic everything I do and you'll be fine:D

I'm being sarcastic (only not really). I know what I'm good at when it comes to equities and focus on those particular stocks... mainly companies embroiled in big $$$ litigation. This stock was just to hold me over for the time being.

The average volume is getting higher here... under 100k 2 weeksa go, 150k last week, 250+ this week. I'll keep you posted. I'm upping my target for this to $2, but like I previously said, I'm selling my shares along the way to lock in profit and not get greedy.

I got in at .50, so my plan for the time being is:

sell 1/4 @ $1.15
sell 1/4 @ $1.35
sell 1/4 @ $1.75
sell 1/4 when financing goes through and/or volume momo changes

What else do you have besides RMBS?

You guys recommend GETA? I'm deciding whether to put another $1k into KERX or get into GETA with it.

got a spam pumping SNWT, so we might see a pop today...so this is also the time to get out, because whoever is behind this recent gain might be ready to get out too. I don't own SNWT.

I got that too. However, I think the pop at the open is going to be because of the pump news released last night after market closing.

I don't think it's time to get out yet, the momo underneath this still has legs and the bite volume on this is still on the + size with any major mass dumping. However, I agree with richardycc that for people who bought on my recommendation to get out Friday this week or early next week. It's going to be a volatile few weeks, especially with the gains seen on this stock already. I think it has potential to go over $1.50+ still, possibly even $2, but I'll be selling in lumps going to that where people with less shares should just lock in their profits.

I'm concerned with the market in general. I was against all the naysayers here and was extremely optimistic on the market this year... and so far we've had a really good, long and EXTENDED rally.

I see the economic indicators improving, but that was due a lot by all the government interventions we've had. A lot of those programs will be ending in the near future, and the question is can the economy sustain itself with all this money being pumped into the system.

There's been people crying for a correction for several weeks now and the market keeps defying them. Money managers eventually get forced into turning bulls and buy into the market so they don't lag their peers in performance. Everything feeds it up.

FWIW, I hedged my positions yesterday. I lowered my exposure in the overall market and bought some XLF $11 puts for December and March. I hope I'm wrong and don't make money off of it, but we need to wait and see which way the indicators go.

I wouldn't bet on RIMM recovering any time soon.

They had a sstranglehold on the market for some time, with only Windows based smart phones as competition, now they have Apple & the Android based phones, users are begging IT to deploy iPhones instead of BB's. And the Android based phones will only get better. Palm is in the hunt too, with a pretty decent offering in the Pre.

The market will winnow down the offerings to 2 or 3 big players, and I suspect RIMM isn't going to be one of them.

No, I still have 10,000 shares. The drop was due to two brokers being open for trading SNWT, caused a lot of activity. It's down to .70 I think at the moment, but it will climb back up. Did you take some profits yet?

EDIT: Well that was fun, hahaha. I bought 5,000 shares back at the dip. Back to 15,000 left from my original 20,000. Level II shows the price up to $1.02 again with an ask of $1.14. Amazing what a couple of brokers can do!

I haven't sold yet. I only found out today that I was able to trade the new symbol. Past week it was locked and would had to call scottrade to have it executed.

That's what caused it. Scottrade and another broker opened up for trading.

6% down with no news seems nothing special today, believe or not. Few stocks I am holding just went down that much without any news either.

RMBS moves at 2 beta, meaning that if the nasdaq goes down 2%, RMBS moves 4%. Todays seems in line with the overall market.
