long series? More like a short one! ;)

Yao Ming ended up shooting 13-14 FG's for 92.9%. according to ESPN, that was either 4th or 5th of all time in the playoffs (10 FG attempt minimum). very nice. that night showed how potent of a combo Yao and Tmac can be, with all the role players contributing.

But it will feel long to them in the same way that having someone stick your head into boiling water would seem to last a long time.

no doubt, but the rockets were also lucky to have sura and barry knockin those 3's down in the 4th quarter. Otherwise I don't think they wouldve came back! But most definately the Tmac's winning shot with Yao picking Dirk was the not only the highlight of the game, but also the epitomy (sp?) of what the Rockets have become.

halftime:

Detroit winning 42 -36

pistons were down and went on a nice run to end the half.

leading scorers are Richard Hamilton with 14 and Iverson with 13 (5-18 FG :Q)

NJ just started the 2nd quarter and it looks like they are trying to come back from 10 down in the 1st.

Damn that game was a killing...those 2 blocks and 1 steal in like 30 seconds were hilarious. As if they weren't depressed enough already...and then McDyess had that all-ball block late in the game too.

Can't wait for games 3 and 4! SWEEP.

freakin Jerome James. I thought he was just what the Kings needed at the time when they drafted him. Big, strong center who can provide some toughness and rebounding on the inside back when they had Webber Divac and Pollard. Now he's whooping the Kings ass. Bastard :(

Hopefully having the Heat win it all will balance out the Dolphins stinking it up last year :p Doesn't seem the Nets have enough to hold back the Heat.
