That was enough to make the playoffs in the NFC last year.

No Bengals threads yet?

WTF are you people thinking? Didn't anyone watch the absolute ass stomping today?

Ok, so the only bad part was that they had 17 penalties for 115 yards... which will definitely hurt them against a better team.

Johnson and Johnson were on fire, Palmer and Houshmandzadeh were too.

The passing game was absolutely unstoppable!

Before the 4th quarter, Cullpepper's QB rating was ~14! LOL! A freaking 14!??!?! Good thing the Bengals didn't draft him back in '99.

I must admint the bungles look decent this year.... but to get to the playoffs... they must still go through pittsburgh... and i think that may be a little more difficult than expected in the preseason.

entertaining game today except Culpepper looked awful. He just didn't seem to care and was just forcing some horrendous passes.

He was forcing his passes because he had the Bengals defensive line getting too close time and again... Give some credit, beesh.

what do you guys think of the upcoming bears game...I think the last 14 years is getting to me and I am worried, but another side of me is telling me there is no need to worry and carson will thread the defense, the offense wont get 37, but probably at least 20...and

ODELL IS A FREAKING BEAST!!! DEFENSE ROOKIE OF THE YEAR!

so far 1 INT and 2 forced fumbles

I'm kinda concerned about this game especially since the Bears crushed a Detroit team that was supposed to be decent. O'Dell is cetainly showing Pollack the importance of training camp. Pollack need to learn about the neutral zone.

The Lions are/were SUPPOSED to be decent, but they sure aren't. Joey Harrington = Ryan Leaf.

1 quarter to go today, and the Bengals will be 3-0. Another 5 interceptions for the Bengals defense today, 12 total for the season so far. Go Bengals!!! Hopefully they don't let the Bears back in it over the next 15 minutes of play.

for all the Lions trash-talk, they're still 1-1. granted, i expect them to get ran over by a Cadillac this Sunday. :p

Cincy's looking good. i wouldn't automatically put them in the playoffs but at least they can stretch the field out a bit.

Detroit's got the receiving core but that's about it. Damn, they look ok on paper without Joey and with a healthy Garcia. :(

silly Lions :*(

Winning ugly, but they all count the same. Have to cut down on those penalties though.

What a nail biter. I really wish that last week they had lost...they didn't deserve to win that game. But finally they get a loss, and I think this will be very important to this young team. Lets see how they bounce back next week against the Titans. Bengals, I will bet, are going to be 5 - 1. I really really hope the Steelers get a beating tonite.
