They won't do a paperwork return/repurchase.

Bought a laser printer w/ $40 coupon last week via the website. Took 2-3 days to arrive.

This week, there is an additional $30mir on the printer.

I call up OM and the only option i have is to return the printer to an OM store, go back on the website, and order a whole new printer and wait for it to be delivered.

When i worked at CC, we used to just do a paperwork return. Just refund and repurchase it in the system to qualify for the rebates, took all of 30 seconds.
