Which rebate form is correct? I can argue that the last one is incorrect as the $90 rebate is listed on 6 rebate different forms on their web site.

Dood....chill. I just can't figure out what the issue is with the rebates. I also thank you for the 90 GC post, I will be using it. I know that they have different rules for different regions..just trying to figure it out!!!

I was referring to the HP computer/monitor deal OM was offering yesterday (back to $699 this week). Doesn't matter now since the deals dead.

I hope this is not rude because its not intended to be seatidex but how did you come across the $90 forms? I've fished around Amazon's rebate site to find forms that have dropped off due to expiration. I'm wondering if TextanyoneText was supposed to get the $90 offer, or if these were just "drafts" that matt didn't delete. If thats the case will they be honored. 20 bucks is 20 bucks, but this is a great deal already and I'm not sure I want to risk rebate rejection hell for the difference. But then again I just might.......

Has anyone called the phone number on the rebate coupon to verify? I am going to do that tomorrow but I just want to make sure that no one has before I do. They can't reject the $90 can they? It's their form.

tanguy6969 has posted on his thick wallet that he reached customer service, twice, and was informed that there were errors on the forms, all of them. The major one is that the October rebates should be mailed to PO Box 8864 and zip code 55551-8864. The envelope should also say "October" and not "September". The CSR opined that rebate submissions sent to the printed address would be rejected.

I believe this may be correct, and that whoever is in charge of Officemax's multiple rebate form may be somewhat editing challenged. I pulled up the rebate form, changed the part of the URL from 2002_10 to 2002_11 and lo and behold you have a preview of next month's rebates. Only thing is, it still says September at the bottom. But the PO Box is yet a different one, which tells me that each month's rebate has a different box. I'm taking a chance that the CSR's advice above is correct.

BTW, the CSR also said the gidft card for the burner was supposed to be $90.

You guys are all out of whack!!!

I just called the 1-866-633-8350 rebate number listed on the coupon TWICE! I spoke with a CSR named PAM (both times) who told me the following:

1) The envelope should definitely be sent to Officemax October Rebates...not september, this is a mistake.

2) The address that uses the 8864 P.O. Box and zip was from a $90 gift card that was available from 8/15-8/30 only. It is expired. There is no $90 GC. If you send in for one, you will not get one. You may not get the $70 GC either..they may not send everthing back to you for resubmittal.

3) There is a 70 GC and the address in the booklet is correct. You must mail it to Officemax October Rebates...not september as mentioned above. This is the only GC rebate on the 200i right now and if you send it to any other address other than listed in the coupon....you will receive nothing!!!

Could several other people call and verify and get the CSR's Name. Then post what they said here? I would like to mail this rebate in, but I do not want to lose out.

Thanks!!

I luv numbnut csr's. I am Tanguy6969 over there and I just called and talked to them, and yes, the csr I talked to gave me the wrong information about box 8864. They said I will be receiving a letter that states the offer was expired....crap....:( I guess I will be resubmitting all of my information...:|
