does anyone still have this info? i got one and it only shows a $30 rebate.

$79 - $10 instant = $69
$30 mail in rebate in OfficeMax rebate booklet

where is the other $30 that nets it to $9.99?!

Wrong place to post. But while it's here either you search online on officemax for the form. Or head over there and look for a printed out form with what you need. At least that's how I got my manufacturer's MIR. They had them on a table by the exit in OM.

Both rebates are in the Officemax booklet. One is on page 5, the other is towards the rear of the booklet.
