Instore price is 299.99. I called up my local office depot and asked if they would honor the online price. He said he would. I asked if I could use a coupon, he said no. I've used online coupons in the past provided I could print it out and prove that it was a valid coupon and they have honored it.

I called OfficeDepot.com and they will not honor the instore special according to the guy I talked to.

The camera is great. I bought one for my parents back in June. Wish I would have kept it for myself.


The deal is only warm. I can't seem to get any coupons to work online, and they won't honor the free memory online. Seems the best you can do is 249.99 with a free 128mb of compact flash. -tg

Went to the local OD (L st Wash DC) and got the A40 for 249 + 128MB CF (Memorex)

Check at a local Camera shop about comperable cameras

The guy stated for the price you can't beat it. Although he did caution to make sure it included everything.

BTW it rang p as 249.99 without any adjustment

Remember he said OM not OD, coupon code can be found on FW's Hot Deals forum search for Omax.

I could not get any OfficeDepot coupons to work online. The ones that I found that were valid did not seem to work with this product.

It seems to me the best you can do for a price is 249 at the B&M with free 128MB compact flash.

It may be possible to get OfficeMax to match OfficeDepot's deal and then use a coupon. It is not likely though.
