I have a feeling if you 'internet badasses' got involved in hitting or punching him and HR would be all over your ass and both of you would be looking for a new job.

I'd sit back and let him dig his own grave too. I sure as hell would not risk my own future over someone else's temper tantrum.

Nothing "badass" about grabbing the guy and wrapping his crazy ass up and forcing him to sit/lay on the ground until security comes. It's not hard, nor dangerous (if he has no weapon, as was the case in many parts of that video), and effective.

No need to ninja-kick the douche in the face and suplex him through the wall.

I think what set him off was the coworker accidently knocking over some of his stuff.
 
if anyone knows the language they were using, I think it was Czech or some other slavic language based on the audio and youtube comments, find the news story related to this.
 
Haha the fatty in the white shirt who you see filming everything on the upper right (and in front of the camera on the second angle video) is the same guy who started this rampage when he knocked over the guy's papers and obviously said something to set him off!
