Office Service Pack 3

I dont know of any prevalent issues with it. Generally speaking it would be in your best interest to install it, there are a number of security issues that have been addressed since SR2.

Also after you install SP3 make sure you go back to the office updates site to get other updates (like the GDI+ update); better to install the stuff now than find yourself infected w/ some trojan/virus/etc. 6 months from now.
